At the beginning, it was a crazy challenge, a nice impertinence tinged with poetry: to make wine under water, in the bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz. It all started with the search for grapes with singular qualities, and then collaborations with winegrowers with virtuous values. Protected by the Artha dike, the tanks are immersed at 15 meters. This is where the foaming process begins. The winter storms and the tides create a regular movement. This double patented method brings unique and surprising aromas to the wines. A beautiful gustatory experience that will make you travel!

Located on the outskirts of Bordeaux, the Berticot-Graman winegrowers invite you to discover or rediscover their beautiful, large boutique, with a wide range of white, rosé, clairet, red and crémant wines (AOP Bordeaux, Bergerac and Duras). You'll also find a wide range of gift ideas and gourmet baskets made from local produce. Our winegrowers will share their passion for wine with you, offering advice and tastings.

Ma Part des Anges was created by Emmanuel Vaysse, a starred head sommelier, and Maxime Hélimi, a restaurateur for many years. These wine enthusiasts decided to open a place that is both a natural and organic wine cellar and bar and a delicatessen. Tastings, advice, sharing, tastes and flavours are the key words of the house. Great wines from Bordeaux but also from Alsace, Burgundy, Corsica, Jura, Languedoc, Loire and Champagne, here are the beautiful discoveries of Ma Part des Anges. A few tables allow you to settle down and organize an evening aperitif-tasting with friends around often original wines and a plate of good charcuterie.

Dating back to 1747, this 10 ha property has belonged to the same family since 1936. The red and rosé wines of Château Barrabaque are among the most famous of the Fronsac and Canon-Fronsac appellations. Concerned about the respect of the environment, Caroline Noël-Barraux, the owner since 2004, practices a reasoned culture of the vine. The methods of cultivation and vinification combine both tradition and modern techniques. The vines are worked according to the terroir. It is a beautiful address on the wine road.

This address isn't exactly sober, given the number of beautiful bottles on the shelves. A humorous wink from the people in charge of this cellar, bar and even restaurant. The selections are small nuggets unearthed in France or in vineyards further afield, and are always genuine discoveries. The cellar, which boasts over 500 references, organizes tastings of wines, world whiskies, cognacs and beers, as well as one-off events; it also invites winemakers to present their treasures.

Château Sociando-Mallet, located at the top of the Baleyron hill, has won over the hearts of wine lovers over the years. Created on the initiative of Jean Gautreau, the 85 hectares of vines planted on gravelly hilltops are today sublimated and enhanced by his daughter Sylvie and her team. Full-bodied wines with a deep, dark color, to be savored during free tours and tastings. You can also take advantage of a 4 km trail to discover 5 renovated winegrowers' cabins and a fishing hut.

Created in 1935, this cooperative winery produces Haut-Médoc, 200,000 bottles a year from 55 hectares. The vineyards border the Saint-Estèphe appellation to the south, and extend eastwards over gravelly hilltops overlooking the estuary. The winery produces La Paroisse, Le Grand Paroissien, Petit Paroissien, Petite Paroisse, Elite de la Paroisse and rosé de la Paroisse. The red wines are full-bodied, with well-melted tannins and a long finish. Available in bottles and 5-liter bottles.

Sébastien Juanicotena combines competence, expertise and enthusiasm. This lover of the "Halles" district has a temperament and an engaging personality, and will advise you on the selection of your wine, champagne or spirits. Over 500 references, including 300 from Spanish vineyards and top French names, some of them organically and biodynamically grown. Weekend tastings too. A fine establishment that's become a must.

Did you know? Fronsac also brews beer! It's all happening at the 3 Tertres artisanal and organic brewery. This brewery was founded in 2017 by Alain, a native of Ch'ti! In the old Belgian tradition, he brews 3 varieties of beer, but that's without taking into account seasonal ephemera (Christmas, etc.). We're there to buy a few bottles of this malted vintage (of course!), a visit or a tavern-style aperitif on Friday evenings from 5pm to 10pm.

Château Filhot is a wine estate located in the commune of Sauternes. It is classified as a second growth in the official Bordeaux wine classification of 1855. The estate covers 350 hectares, including 62 hectares of vineyards. Château Filhot is renowned not only for its wine, but also for its vast English-style park created by landscape gardener Louis-Bernard Fischer in 1845. Tours can accommodate up to 35 people and are available in French and English. Appointments can also be made for weekend visits.

Clos des Menuts, AOC Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, is a must-see wine estate with superb monolithic medieval cellars dotted with ancient grain silos. An underground cellar in its own right, with dusty bottles, nooks and carved stone walls... On your way back up to the boutique, you'll enjoy a tasting session and no doubt leave with a few bottles, boxes or accessories. Special offers and other good deals offering excellent value for money are a great opportunity to seize.

Nestled in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers region, this estate, more than a century old, extends over 16 hectares of vines and 5 hectares of woodland, testifying to its commitment to preserving biodiversity. Arnaud Resampa, who is passionate about viticulture, decided at the age of 45 to leave the agri-food sector to settle with his family on the estate. Respectful of tradition, he also contributes his expertise while following the rhythms of nature. He produces excellent Bordeaux wines for all tastes and circumstances.

With expertise dating back to the ^15th century, Château Mauvesin today belongs to the Barton-Sartorius family, who also own Châteaux Léoville Barton and Langoa Barton, the second and third grands crus classés in the Saint-Julien appellation. The estate's park, planted with century-old trees and featuring a vast pond, is an absolutely magical place. During your visit, you'll discover the winemaking process by treading on the floor of the vat room and barrel cellars. As for the wine, it's simply excellent, and just waiting to be tasted!

Situated on one of Fronsac's highest points, the Château enjoys one of the best exposures in the appellation and a breathtaking view of the Dordogne. The Cru (La Truffière) owes its name to the presence of truffle oaks. This wine is a subtle blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Zita and Jean-Jacques Dubois provide a warm welcome to develop their wine tourism offer (tours, tasting initiation, blending workshop...).

Château Maison Noble Saint-Martin, whose chartreuse dominates the valley, is an old feudal castle of the XIVth century. The vineyard is run using sustainable agriculture. Rewards? A star in the Guide Hachette (Bordeaux red superior 2014), Gold Medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris (Bordeaux red 2015)... The visit ends with a tasting of 4 classic vintages (2 red wines, 1 rosé wine, 1 white wine). It is also possible to have an initiation to wine tasting.

At Château Haut-Chaigneau, where tours and tastings are organized, everything is done to celebrate the world of wine. It's worth noting that this site has been awarded a Best Of Wine Tourism in the Architecture, Park and Garden category. Sincere passion and respect for tradition drive this family estate, which stands out for the regular production of medal-winning wines acclaimed by international critics. From oak barrels to bottling techniques, nothing is left to chance. The vineyard is managed in an agro-synergetic way.

Christophe Andiné is a sommelier. In 1997, he decided to create his own cellar. Today, it offers more than four hundred references of wines, spirits, champagne and aperitif wines. On Friday evening, he invites those who wish to discover the samples received in the week. On Saturday, he selects a cru to make him discover his clientele. Christophe offers neither grocery products nor crockery, he is a «pure bazaar» and ensures that his cellar is turned to all wine regions in France and the world.

Jean-Luc and Guy Deyres are at the head of this family estate founded in the 1950s and have been producing vintage armagnac since 1973 and white brandy from the folle blanche grape. For the armagnacs, there are 4 different grape varieties on 5 hectares of vines: ugni blanc, folle blanche, colombard and baco. The estate distills with a Sier still dating from 1901, in continuous with single heating. The vintage armagnacs are bottled as and when they are sold. Visits are possible to the estate, the wine-making cellar and the ageing cellar.

Since 2015, the estate has been owned by the Burrus family, chocolate merchants and owners of the Alsatian "Schaal" chocolate factory, as well as the "Marquise de Sévigné" and "Yves Thuries" brands. The vineyard covers 21.55 hectares of AOP Côtes-de-Duras. Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon are used to produce both white and red wines. The château also offers wine tourism, enabling wine and chocolate lovers to enjoy these new flavors. The entire vineyard was converted to organic farming in 2023.

Belonging to the Bienvenue à la ferme network, Annick and Gilles Pons welcome visitors to their property. The 13-hectare property produces a Haut-Agenais wine, red or rosé, from noble grape varieties such as Merlot and Cabernet. And so that the visit can be enjoyed by the whole family, Annick and Gilles have also thought of children: the "Ludivigne" circuit is a fun discovery tour through the vineyard, where parents can accompany their children.

Ardoneo is a wine cellar. It specializes in the online sale of organic and natural wines, offering one of the widest ranges on the market. Since 2008, Ardoneo has been selecting France's finest organic wines from all the country's wine-growing regions. The winegrowers chosen practice biodynamic, organic or integrated viticulture, limiting the use of chemicals to protect the environment and health. Some wines are certified by Organic Agriculture labels. For lovers of organic and natural wines, Ardoneo is the place to go.

For Alexandra and Laurent, who spent time in the United States discovering craft breweries, the passion for this beverage was so strong that they decided to set up their own brewery. Here, they'll explain the very special work involved in creating beers with astonishing flavours, from white to brown, from carefully selected products. All malts, cereals and spices are organic. They brew a dozen different beers and limited editions. Forget industrial beers!

Wines, champagnes, spirits, armagnacs, beers, rums... Le Chai d'Hossegor, located in the Pédebert zone, offers you a true sensory and taste experience in the heart of the boutique. As well as being warmly welcomed and advised by experts, you can take advantage all year round of the evenings and tastings that enliven the Chai d'Hossegor. From small producers to grands crus, you're bound to find a bottle to suit your tastes and budget among the thousands of references. But, of course, only in moderation!

The ambition and philosophy of our brewmasters is to place the ingredients at the heart of the creation process and to let their characteristics express themselves harmoniously. It is to bring more flavors and aromas to the beers. The Anglet brewery develops a wide range of craft beers, ephemeral, permanent and vintage, in cans and bottles. You can find them and taste them in the wine shops of the Basque Country and elsewhere, bars, hotels, restaurants... It is also a range of textiles that you can discover in the store and on the website.

As soon as you enter, the copper brewing vats stand out and announce the production site, from brewing to labeling, a site that can be discovered through guided tours. Horaila blonde, Xuria white (gold medal in 2015), Gorrasta amber, Iluna brown and a special range: Megabeltz triple black. Akerbeltz beers are sure to please all taste buds.A wide variety of beers for you to buy to take away or taste on the premises.

Founded in 1983, this brand aims to give pride of place to local wines, especially from the Bergerac region. The wines on offer come either from family vineyards, or from Julien de Savignac's own winegrowers, or from partner vineyards in the region, of course. For example, Château Thénac, Château Briand-Bergerac, Domaine des Costes and many other vintages can be found in the various wine shops of the brand, which is well established in the Dordogne (Périgueux, Sarlat-la-Canéda, Brantôme).

Located in the heart of Sarlat, the store sells alcohols made in the old Lapouge Distillery in Madrazes, founded in 1860, which later became Distillerie du Périgord. Their offer is based on the Périgord region: ratafia, walnut liqueurs, truffle or chestnut based aperitifs... Not forgetting their range of Lascaw whisky, aged between 5 and 20 years! The Distillerie du Périgord has also launched culinary aids: wines and infusions of mushrooms ready to use for deglazing, marinating, flaming... Recipes are even available on their website!

Also present in Périgueux, Le Bugue, Paris and its suburbs, this brand continues to develop. Professionals, and above all lovers of the Périgord region, these wine merchants offer you a selection of the best Bergerac wines such as Château de Tiregand, Château de la Jaubertie, Château la Tour des Gendres, etc. Of course, the other great vineyards also have their place there as well as other jewels of our region; liqueurs and brandies, confits and other foie gras. A shop that can make you want to discover all these worlds.

" The estate is home to a luxury 4-star hotel, a vinotherapy spa and fine dining, one of which proudly boasts two Michelin stars. Celene Bordeaux was born from the regrouping of the historical house elaborating crémant de Bordeaux and the Lannoye vineyards with three estates on the right bank of the Garonne in the appellation Castillon Côtes-de-Bordeaux (château Moulin de Clotte), Puisseguin Saint-Emilion (château Lanbersac) and Saint-Emilion grand cru (château Ambe Tour Pourret). Tastings, cooking classes... When it comes to wine tourism, there is no shortage of ideas. The best thing to do is to make reservations.

The Bourrigaud family produces very distinctive, rich and straightforward wines, with a strong emphasis on the terroir of the appellation. And to help you discover all the subtleties, these authentic winemakers have no shortage of ideas! From the traditional visit & tasting to theescape game for groups of 15 to 25 people, you can also picnic at the château and take part in one of the workshops (sensory, nature & wine, insects & wine...). A Sentier des Vignes (vineyard trail) also allows you to visit the vineyard on your own.

All year round, the Peyruse family organizes guided tours and walks through the vineyards, followed by a tasting and a Médoc-style snack, as well as "apéros estuaire". Visitors learn about the different AOCs, the stages in the vine cycle, and the manual and mechanical tasks of the winegrower. On the banks of the estuary, the tour continues with a visit to the carrelets de pêche and the tonnes à canards. Participants are then invited into the pink-and-gray winery, where two seven-hectoliter amphorae take pride of place. A warm welcome and a bucolic setting.

VIGNOBLES RODET RECAPET is a winegrowing estate that has been run by the same family for almost a century. It produces environmentally-friendly AOC Côtes de Bourg and AOC Saint-Émilion wines. Certified "Haute Valeur Environnementale" (High Environmental Value) since 2016, this estate strives to harvest grapes by hand to guarantee optimal quality. On site, online or at a wine fair, you can discover these vintages made with ancestral know-how that combines tradition and modernity. A sure bet for lovers of wines with character and authentic terroir notes.

Château Croix de Labrie is a winery located in Saint-Christophe-des-Bardes. The estate offers stays, tours and tastings of their wines. Château Croix de Labrie wines are renowned for their exceptional quality. The estate practices organic and biodynamic agriculture, working the soil and limiting the load per vine. Château Croix de Labrie is also known for its garden vineyard, where wines are produced in small quantities in a garage rather than in a traditional winery.

The history of Château du Mont dates back to the end of the ^19th century, with a motto that can be summed up in 3 words: "Passion", "Qualities" and "Pleasures". Today, the 25-hectare estate, spread over the Saintes-Croix-du-Mont, Sauternes and Graves appellations, produces 100,000 bottles of white and red wines harvested exclusively by hand. Claire and Hervé Chouvac not only produce wine, they also share their passion with you. They are happy to welcome you to the estate for tours and tastings.

Formerly named Domaine de Bord-Madeleine and then Château Lafleur Vachon, Château Raymond Tapon has a prestigious history. In 1904, Mr Chaumet-Tapon's wines won the grand prix in Saint-Louis. The vines, cultivated according to traditional methods, are located in Saint-Emilion. A superb black robe, dark in depth and purple on the surface, dresses this bottle with an expressive bouquet that combines red fruits and spices with an elegant toasted and fresh woody flavour.

Château de l'Hurbe, built in the ^18th century, has been family-owned since 1921. Its vines are planted on the slopes of the Dordogne, including 10 hectares in the Côte-de-Bourg appellation and 15 hectares in Bordeaux Supérieur. The range also includes dry white, crémant and rosé, and the estate also produces excellent sweet and sparkling grape juice. Don't hesitate to come and visit the estate and enjoy a tasting session, as you'll receive a very warm welcome! You can even stay on site, in the beautiful 120 m² outbuilding.

Au Gré des Vins is all about a warm welcome and over 450 references, including Bordeaux, Languedoc and Champagne, not to mention spirits. But you'll also find them at La Bouteille à la Plage in Arès, as well as a grocery store selling local produce (cheeses, charcuterie, etc.), as the same owner is responsible for this. Philippe regularly organizes "discovery and tasting" workshops to introduce you to new products, as well as food and wine pairings.
