Château de l'Evêché is a wine producer located in Lalande de Pomerol. The estate is planted on a clay-gravel terroir and mainly grows Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes. The wines produced are typical of the Lalande de Pomerol appellation. The estate offers tours by appointment, where visitors can learn about the history of the château and taste the wines. Located in Lagorce. Here you can find beeswax candles and different types of honey, such as Ardèche chestnut honey, Ardèche lavender honey and Ardèche white heather honey. The honey mill has an online store where you can place orders. Honey is produced in compliance with food hygiene standards, using stainless steel equipment.

Château de Jayle, located in Saint-Martin-de-Sescas, is a winery offering a wide range of wines.

Béarn baker Nicolas Gruel, the 2019 European and French Boulanger champion, and Corsican pastry chef Jean-Philippe Battesti, formerly of Ducasse, celebrated their 2023 runner-up title in France's best bakery competition. It has to be said that these two enthusiasts have a single credo: to make everything in-house from A to Z. At Grain, every loaf of bread and viennoiserie is shaped by hand, following the rhythm of the seasons to use only fresh, sourced produce. Specialties include chestnut and mandarin bread and pistachio and orange blossom tart.

Château Fonrazade is just a stone's throw from the medieval village of Saint-Emilion, in the heart of a prestigious, thousand-year-old terroir classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Anna Escalere and Toarii Cojan have opened Pépin & Pépite, where Anna's great-grandmother and grandmother used to run a hair salon. For the young couple, it will be more wine and gourmet products. But Pépin & Pépite is not a wine cellar like the others. Let's say that it is more intuitive with a shelf completely focused on food and wine pairing (fish, veggie, cheese & dessert...), or even occasions (aperitif). Oyster farmers and producers, Yoan and Chloé Godichaud are based in the oyster village of Cap Ferret. This address had been on our radar for years, but we'd never set foot in it... Tifenn and Mathias' Chalet Gourmand is a veritable Ali Baba's cave of products from the Bassin and the surrounding area. A 2017 winner of Réseau Entreprendre Aquitaine, Oven Heaven is a collective of artisans founded by two brothers, one a pastry chef and the other a roaster. The vineyards of Château Pontet Canet are located in the heart of the Pauillac appellation, south of the Mouton Rothschild estate. In 1755, the Intendant de Tourny decided to establish a branch of the Grand-Marché on the Place du Parlement. It was named the Royal Market. Sébastien Coularis has opened this Entrepôt on the route de Soulac, north of Lesparre. He advises both professional and private customers on their choice of wines, with a particular focus on the little nuggets he regularly unearths. While he focuses on Medoc and the whole range of Bordeaux wines, he also offers wines from other regions and abroad. Since 2014, the L'Alchimiste roasting workshop has been based on the right bank in Darwin, and is a delight for all the city's "caffeinophiles".
