CHEZ PASCAL
An artisan baker for many years, Pascal Lucas, a stubborn Norman, dreamed of baking his bread in a traditional wood-fired oven, where bread is shovelled into the oven. Thanks to a childhood friend, he found what he was looking for in Grand Piquey. What was meant to be a seasonal activity soon became famous for his Dunes Blanches, small choux pastries topped with a light, airy cream. Today, Pascal is known throughout France for his creations, such as Dunes de Piquey, and also offers sacristains, rye pie with fruit, fisherman's baguette...
