Dona Carcas is above all an artisanal brewery that produces beers made from organic barley, hops and honey. Indeed, the brewer of Dona Carcas, also a beekeeper, obtains her blond beers with such a particular taste, by fermenting honey which is transformed into alcohol and whose gustatory properties produce sweet beers (5.5% vol.), with little sugar, light bitterness and flavour. Dona Carcas invites you to discover its manufacturing secrets during a guided tour of the workshop, and to continue with a tasting. On the shop side, you will find gourmet, local and regional products. Dona Carcas favours short circuits, proximity of production and offers a wide choice of local flavours: Gift baskets can be made up of wines, honeys, terrines, tapenades and olive creams flavoured with mushrooms, truffles, figs, caramels, nougats and gingerbread, locally produced seasonal vegetables... A beautiful showcase of the know-how of local producers.

This craft brewery is a friendly place full of character, created by a beer-loving duo: Jean-Baptiste and Numa. After travelling and working in breweries, notably in New Zealand, these hop enthusiasts came up with Zoobrew. This address is both a craft brewery and a bar where you can taste their creations on weekends. It attracts connoisseurs, the curious and those who simply want to refresh themselves with original craft beers. Beers are also on sale in the boutique.

The Oppidum Brewery offers organic and artisanal beers to take away or to taste on site, all proudly rooted in their region. The Oppidum offers a range of 5 classic beers with a Blonde, a Blanche, an Indian Pale Ale (IPA), an Amber and a Pale Ale. The brewery also offers creations according to the seasons and a more original range, with their Point of Entry beer, a smooth brown ale with coffee, chocolate and caramel flavors but also the Harvest, a beer with fresh hops, 100% Occitan.

Alaryk beers are handcrafted in Béziers. Organic and additive-free, they contain only water, malt, hops and yeast. With respect for traditional know-how, our specialty beers are both rich in flavor and pleasant to drink, tasty and elegant, all inspired by the Languedoc wine-growing region. The brewery's doors are open to you by reservation to discover their production methods, but you can also taste their beers at wine merchants in the Hérault region or at Comptoir Alaryk in Montpellier.

In Clermont-l'Hérault, Franck Ortz has opened his craft brewery, in an industrial and modern style. You can discover large stainless steel tanks, where the holy drink is prepared by him, but La Pinte Héraultaise is also a place to meet and exchange around beer; you can sit in the sofas to taste the beer of the moment and buy to take away the ones you prefer, white, IPA, blonde or amber. Jimmy wanted to share his love of craft beer by creating his micro-brewery. He elaborates each recipe himself in his workshop in the heart of the Hérault region, between land, sea and mountains, to create original, aromatic, refreshing, flowery or spicy beers. He proposes ephemeral beers and a classic range with a lemon-basil Blanche, a Pale Ale, an IPA, an Amber with Rum and a Blonde with chilli. For the amateurs, his beers are sold by packs of 6, boxes of 12, and even by pallet!

Gwendoline and Florian pooled their knowledge of plant biology and water quality to open La Brasserie de la Naine in Saint-Chély-d'Apcher, and opted for the shortest possible supply routes. The hops are French; the malt, gentian and other aromatic and medicinal herbs are local. Gwendoline and Florian have also opted for organic production for their three white, blonde and amber beers, as well as their specials. All are sold direct from the brewery from Tuesday to Saturday.

Aucels is an excellent brewery from the Hérault region with an owl as its logo. This Bedarcian beer is a real delight in the mouth, with a surprising lightness, whatever the color of its dress. Lemonades and artisanal sodas are also produced. The premises have been renovated and the visitor can see the tanks that house the golden nectar. The prices in the store are very affordable, the service is warm and the team of enthusiasts is full of original ideas, such as the brewing courses starting in March and the rental of taps.

A project born from a passion for beer! In Saint-Gervais since 2015, in the heart of the Cèze valley, in the district called Peyron. You will find 6 kinds of beers: the blonde, the white, the blonde with wheat, the amber with honey, caramel, the brown, the red. The malt is crushed in an old mill bought in Aveyron. A terrace allows the visitor to taste the beer on draught or in bottle accompanied by a snack made of local products.

In an old agricultural garage from the 1920s, rehabilitated, this artisanal brewery, until then called the Quercorb brewery, offers 4 beers on draught and the whole range in bottles. Naturally refermented, the 25 traditional recipes have been revisited to create beers with a unique taste and rich flavour, which Paul and Jayne have named after the Occitan language. You can nibble without fuss: cold cuts, cheeses, loaves of bread warmed on the stove... Privatization and rental on request of the Beer-truck, a vintage J7...

The Kiss'Wing brewery is a craft brewery located in the heart of the Languedoc vineyards, in Montblanc. Here, a wide range of organic beers is made by hand. With origins on the other side of the Atlantic, this Occitan microbrewery brews only organically grown raw materials: white, amber, Ipa, Blanche au rhum... there is bound to be a beer to suit your palate. And if it is not the case, discover the very last-born, the Imperial Stout, the most bitter, the blackest and the most intense beer of their collection.

Here you can drink or make! The workshop offers its own organic craft beers created with local produce, but brewer Edward Orton also teaches the art of brewing through one-day courses. Although the course is merely an introduction, it covers all the practical stages and the theoretical outlines of production. You can come back and pick up one to three kegs of the beer you've brewed a month or so later, and in all cases the day ends with a tasting session. The beers are smooth and original.

This craft brewery was created by two passionate brothers, Bastien and Matthieu, in 2011. Nestled on the outskirts of Nîmes in a large building with a terrace, it has become a landmark for lovers of authentic beers. Their expertise can be tasted on site or taken away, with an eclectic selection of some fifteen organic beers, lovingly brewed right here. Our favorites include Sagne, subtly flavored with Camargue rice, Frambrunette with Gard raspberries and Bzzz Bzz, which evokes the delights of Ardèche chestnut honey.

The La Cavale cooperative, which has just celebrated its centenary, is a reference in the Limoux region in terms of agricultural supplies and plant production. But the cooperative also offers a range of products that delight us, all in an eco-responsible approach: Olisoli olive oils - Le Moulin du Sou, Ardence eau de Vie, a craft beer: Alambiquée and the famous Mint, Tangerine or Lemon Crème Religieuse from the Apéroc range. It is at the gates of Narbonne that the Ortola family works its domains; Château Notre Dame des Quatourze, Château Tapie, Château de Lunes, Château Ymis, as well as a domain located in Canet d'Aude. Passionate winemakers, they offer red, white and rosé wines of excellent quality, vinified without sulfur, organic and biodynamic. They also offer an organic beer brewed on-site, offering a choice between blonde, brown, amber, and "N.e.i.p.a". You can appreciate these productions during tastings or festive evenings organized by "La Fine Bouche".

La Gorge Fraîche is a craft brewery and microbrewery located in Poilhes. It offers a wide range of craft beers, from blondes and ambers to stouts and IPAs. The beers are produced and packaged entirely in the South of France, offering a concentrate of flavors from the Occitan region. The brewery also rents out beer taps and kegs for events. What's more, the brewery has a boutique bar where you can taste the beers on the premises and buy related products. For beer lovers, La Gorge Fraîche is a must in the Poilhes area.
