Dona Carcas is above all an artisanal brewery that produces beers made from organic barley, hops and honey. Indeed, the brewer of Dona Carcas, also a beekeeper, obtains her blond beers with such a particular taste, by fermenting honey which is transformed into alcohol and whose gustatory properties produce sweet beers (5.5% vol.), with little sugar, light bitterness and flavour. Dona Carcas invites you to discover its manufacturing secrets during a guided tour of the workshop, and to continue with a tasting. On the shop side, you will find gourmet, local and regional products. Dona Carcas favours short circuits, proximity of production and offers a wide choice of local flavours: Gift baskets can be made up of wines, honeys, terrines, tapenades and olive creams flavoured with mushrooms, truffles, figs, caramels, nougats and gingerbread, locally produced seasonal vegetables... A beautiful showcase of the know-how of local producers.
