Aqualudic area: In the indoor area, you'll discover a 25 m, 6-lane swimming pool, heated to 29°C. Families will discover an aqua-family area with slides, a bubble bath and a 300 m² Slash Pad for safe fun. The O'Tonic, a special aquafitness pool, is dedicated to aquabike, crosstraining, Pilates... The classic route, which lasts 3 to 4 hours, covers 12 km in the heart of the wilderness. Starting upstream from the village, there are no roads, villages or campsites. With short rapids suitable for beginners, you'll cross the Hérault gorges, an area accessible only on foot or by boat. Another 4 km route, starting downstream, is ideal for children. You can enjoy canoeing for as long as you like, picnicking, swimming and immersing yourself in the lush natural surroundings.

For over 30 years, this association has been canoeing the rivers of the Haut Languedoc. Tours range from 5 km to 36 km, or from 1.5 hours to 3 days (with bivouac), depending on level. Experienced paddlers can simply hire the equipment, while beginners will be accompanied by qualified, licensed professionals. Along the way, you'll discover the waterways and rapids of the Orb before your very eyes... In winter, depending on water levels, rafting is also available. You can also eat and camp on site.

Located on the plateau of the lakes, Lac de la Raviège is the result of a 35 m high dam located on the Agoût river. The 410 ha of water allows you to practice many activities. This 100-hectare stretch of water is a wonderful place to relax, where windsurfers, canoeists, kayakers and carp fishermen all have a great time. The lake is just a two-minute drive from Homps, the Mecca of boating on the Canal du Midi, and the starting point for a trip along the water on traditional gabares. The 1,000 m² of the aquatic complex guarantees you great thrills. They are structured around an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a lawn with trees. This aquatic centre extends over 10,000^m2 and offers three areas for sports, leisure and wellness centred around various water-based activities. Thus, at "l'Archipel", you will be able to benefit from a swimming pool area, an aquatic leisure area and treatments with Spa and fitness area. The quality of welcome, supervision, training and development is recognised by the French Rowing Federation. You can row in a competitive spirit or simply for the pleasure of keeping in shape on six different courses from Sète to La Grande-Motte along more than 33 kilometres of coastline.

Organiser of outings, weekends and outdoor courses such as canyoning, mountain biking, climbing, rafting, hydrospeed, sea and river kayaking, via ferrata... Multidisciplinary and very professional, Sabrina and Jean from In Extremis Aventura will help you discover the department in its adventure and open air version. Whatever the activity, quality equipment is provided. The spearhead of In Extremis remains canyoning, an activity that starts at the age of 8 and is available in several versions depending on the level of each person. Every Wednesday and Saturday, the club's kayakers train on the water base on Cazilhac avenue. On weekends, they leave to discover the River Orb upstream of the city, Hérault or the coastline. The club members, young or younger, practise this sport from a leisure or competition perspective. The club has also been regularly illustrated at the French Canoe Championships. The sailing and sail club of the resort proposes to discover, even to beginners, the extraordinary sensations of the wind and sea game. The Saint-Jean-de-Vedas swimming pool was designed as a "friendly and family oasis". It includes a 25 m x 15 m sports pool, a learning and playful pool with blocking jets, a paddling pool, 100-seat stands, a mineral beach and a solarium.

It's not an advert for mineral water, but a description of this space entirely dedicated to the joys of water: around the leisure pool, there are nothing but slides (one of which is 60 metres long), bubbles and games. The more courageous can make use of the fitness area and weight room, while the lazier can enjoy the sauna and spa. As for the kids, they can play in complete safety on the Children's Island. Atlantie is also a sports centre with a 25 m x 10 m pool. There's also a restaurant.

Built on the edge of the Lot, this lake extends over 9 hectares near La Canourgue. With its equipped beach and its small restaurant, one could believe oneself at the seaside, the calm and the serenity in more! Nearby, the vacation village offers about forty cottages and a comfortable gîte d'étape with seventeen places at a low price. The restaurant, open from March to mid-December, offers a generous and varied menu, to be enjoyed on the large wooden terrace to take advantage of an incredibly beautiful and relaxing environment.

Starting from Les Vignes or Le Rozier, the structure offers three routes of 7 to 17 kilometers lasting from 2 to 5 hours, and a possibility of a two-day descent, with bivouac at the campsite. The easiest circuit, of 7 km, reaches Peyrelade, on calm waters, for a duration of about 2 hours. The sportiest one of 17 km combines the family course and the descent of the fast and lively waters from Les Vignes. But each one allows you to discover the landscape at your own pace. Canoes are available for hire from the Sainte-Enimie base. For canoeing from Montbrun, you can take the bus to the beginning of the Gorges, passing under the châteaux of Charbonnière, Castelbouc and Prades. All routes downstream from Sainte-Enimie, the most beautiful part, are also available. The two-day route, 32 km, allows you to discover the whole of the gorges, and their wild beauty, also starting from Montbrun. The overnight stop is at a campsite in Sainte-Enimie.

Bram's Lac de Buzerens water sports centre has become a must. Try out the water ski lift on an 800 m loop, ideal for beginners and for enjoying wakeboarding, skateboarding, water skiing and knee-boarding. For those who prefer to relax, there's paddle-boarding, pétanque or just lazing around. There are playgrounds for the little ones, and a walk around the lake. If you're feeling peckish, the snack bar is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, including for outside guests in search of nature or chill out.

3 M Canoe Kayak Club has been teaching for more than 30 years whether or not the canoe practice is in slalom or polo kayak. But before venturing into one of these disciplines, training passes for novices, through the paddle school (provided that they can swim and immerse themselves completely). However, certain conditions must be met to paddle: at least 6 years of age, knowing swimming, compulsory accompaniment of a major person if you are under 12 years old, compulsory wearing of the jacket, and having shoes in the boat. In good weather, the club offers first dives at 6 meters to discover the richness of the underwater fauna and flora. Loca-Détente is located right on the marina, making it the ideal place to discover the Aude coastline. This water sports complex, opposite the arena, has two 25-metre covered pools and a 50-metre pool for the summer. Depending on the day and time, some pools are reserved for school children. This international diving center, in existence since 1954 and approved by the French Ministry of Youth and Sports and the FFESSM (Fédération française d'études et de sports sous-marins), offers you first-rate equipment and staff to discover the Côte Vermeille seabed. First dives take place by appointment on the rocky seabed in Collioure Bay, and daily snorkeling excursions are organized (equipment provided).
