Aquaviva, a superb imitation of Total Wipeout in the USA! With family or friends, the Water Jump water park is located at Lac de la Cavayère, 5 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne, and boasts XXL inflatable games, giant slides, trampolines, catapults and obstacle courses covering an area of no less than 6,000 m², and is a real hit with young and old alike! Fun, exhilarating and... exhausting, this park makes you want to try it all and come back again! The less adventurous will enjoy watching the acrobats from the comfort of their deckchairs and hammocks in the shade of the pine forest, with a drink in hand (ordered from the on-site snack bar)... For thrill-seekers: the giant iceberg for climbing and jumping, and the Big Water-Jump with its 10 slides and two jumping platforms of 5 and 8 metres, suitable for young and old alike and the only one of its kind in the world! It's scary, it's adrenalin-pumping, and that's what we like! We appreciate the efforts made every year to improve the park with new features. You'll be equipped with buoyancy jackets, so you can set off in complete safety, supervised by six qualified lifeguards, with floating plates installed - a great success for this attraction, which involves going as far as possible without falling into the water. Practical: valuables can also be stored in the reception chalet. Aquaviva, a must-see attraction in the département, to share with friends or family!

There is a swimming pool located at the end of the complex de la Laune, next to the football fields and the campsite. As soon as the showers are over, there are two heated pools: one covered and one outside. The outdoor pool is only open in summer. Many grassy and well-shaded areas, ideal for relaxing, await the swimmers. It is possible to eat on the spot with a wide choice of drinks and delicacies. A few kilometres north of Marvejols, near the Château de la Baume, this small lake has been designed for leisure and relaxation for both small and large. Many facilities allow you to spend a pleasant day: a restaurant, wooden chalets, a aquaglisse slide that makes children happy. It is also the foundation of Gevaudan's nautical club, which offers many activities: canoeing, pedal boats, sailing school… Swimming is monitored from July 15 th to August 15 th. Le Moulin is the first canoe rental company in the Gorges du Tarn, and has just celebrated its 50th anniversary. And the place has a history, which Muriel, Jeannot and Charlie will share with you. The Locanoë team manages a small fleet of boats and offers free canoe and kayak trips. Several routes are available, from the "zero-carbon" (2-hour) 6-kilometer run between Castelbouc and Sainte-Enimie, with a return walk along the Tarn, to the classic (afternoon or full day) 13-kilometer run between Sainte-Enimie and Rives Basses, or the "escape" 29-kilometer run over 2 days between Castelbouc and Baumes Basses. You can also rent a paddle on the Castelbouc lake.

Aquajet is the must-see leisure park in Narbonne! Set in 1 ha of greenery, its aqualudic pools are equipped with water slides. On the programme: 2 pools, 2 paddling pools and 6 water jump ramps at 8, 10 and 12 m. On land, inflatable games and trampolines await the youngest visitors. And if you don't want to get wet, you can take advantage of the sun loungers and snack bar. Tip: once you've got your wristband on, you can come and go as you please throughout the day.

The most important whitewater base of the department offers canyoning, with its slides and jumps, rafting, or hydrospeed and tubbing, individual buoy descent on the Têt. Glide and emotions guaranteed. But the little ones are not forgotten, because there are several accrobranche courses for the "pitchounes" from 3 to 6 years old (and also for the older ones). A picnic area welcomes you on the riverside. A place 100% nature and sport!

An ideal starting point for exploring the Hérault gorges, this watersports base along the river is bordered by cliffs. With family or friends, you can spend a few hours or a whole day walking and swimming. There are five routes, ranging from 3 to 17 km, from Laroque, Saint-Bauzille de Putois or Aubanel. You'll find all the amenities you need, including shaded parking, a refreshment bar and a private beach. A special package allows you to enjoy a descent at the end of the day, with aperitif, barbecue and bivouac.

Water sports are sensational. In the Natura 2000 zone, the site of the lake of Charpal irresistibly evokes Canada. Its very particular history (the lake was supposed to shelter ammunition between the two world wars and a railroad had been built there), its forest, planted in the 50s, made it a unique place sheltering a rather exceptional fauna and flora. A path has been set up and you can walk or mountain bike along the almost 9 kilometers of the forest, which are decorated with educational panels on the environment. If fishing(no kill) is allowed, swimming is forbidden.

From May to September, discover canyoning with professionals, in the rivers and torrents of the Pyrénées-Orientales. Water hikes, progressive and confirmed discovery of canyoning mainly on the slopes of the Canigó massif. From the gorges of Galamus to the canyon of Llech, via the gourg des Anelles, Jean Guitard's team will take you through gorges, waterfalls, circular basins and slides allowing the craziest slides... Friendly atmosphere.

Located in a fabulous site, the Port Mahon Sigean nautical base welcomes you from March to November for your light sailing courses, nautical excursions, regatta organization or Handivoile activities. You can windsurf, catamaran, windsurf, wingfoil, funboat, kayak or paddle. Exceptional "Wildline" paddle and "100% nature at the end of the day" kayak trips are also available, as well as "water trekking" discovery tours, where you can experience nature on your own.

To enjoy the most sporting river in the Mediterranean, there is nothing better than a canoe or a kayak. Grandeur Nature offers you to sail on this water in complete safety and according to your desires. The less adventurous can rent a two-seater canoe or kayak to canoe and stroll around the lake. For the others, the routes vary from 5 km to 35 km, the longest is spread over 3 days. Surrounded by instructors you will discover incredible landscapes, a charming calm but also areas with rapids, a dam with slide to cross... A beautiful walk!

At the foot of the rocky coast, where the Pyrenees begin (or end), the Water Sport Aventure team will make your mouth water without drinking the cup with its three flagship activities: sea kayaking, paddle and windsurfing. These last two activities are nice but the Futé really loved the sea kayak rides to discover the hidden coves of the Côte Vermeille and to move at the water's edge to better observe without disturbing. All the walks are supervised and do not require exceptional physical condition.

Stand-up paddle on a river, it's simple but you had to think about it! RiverSide Paddle invites you to explore the mouth of the Tech (the Tech jar) as well as the Mas Larrieu nature reserve to the rhythm of your paddle. The pure and silent glide of the stand-up paddle or kayak is ideal for observing sea birds and the many fish... a very zen "Discovery" ride. Eco-friendly and fun, this is a very original way to discover the natural riches of the Radieuse coast in a different way. Beware, shoes are mandatory, no flip-flops!

JLC rents boats with or without a license, of the latest generation, some of which are electric. Wakeboard, water ski and towed buoy are also available! On site, the team will show you the most beautiful places to visit and will give you a small map so that you can find your way on the city's canals and on the pond. Please note: the sunset package offers a bucolic trip accompanied by a land or sea tasting platter, with a bottle of wine.

The meeting point is at Saint-Sériès in the Hérault department, but Kayak tribu offers you the chance to explore the Gard on kayaks ranging from 1 to 3 passengers, as well as paddles to navigate the Vidourle river and the magnificent Hérault gorges. Accessible from the age of 5, the activities include several courses ranging from 1 (for the paddle) to 14 km. An axe- and tomahawk-throwing stand has also recently opened.
