A very nice address, as the Petit Futé likes them. A charming restaurant, crêperie/tea room, almost "intimate", run by 2 lovely women. Valérie and Marie are passionate about their work, they have given the Font Café a new look with their creations which are for sale... We strongly encourage you to enjoy the magnificent view from the terrace overlooking the valley. A tea, a cappuccino, a crêpe or delicious tapas of ham and cheese for a relaxing break, one of those little things that gives you great happiness.

When you come to Carcassonne, you visit the medieval City, but you also go down to the city to enjoy the charm and friendliness of the Place Carnot (very lively on market days). Petit Moka is the perfect place to take the time, the opportunity to take a small coffee, a tea or if the lunch break approaches to enjoy a simple and good kitchen (see restaurant section). In the afternoon, the terrace is taken by young moms who come with their small blonde heads to taste an ice or a small crepe. At Petit Moka you can also buy your coffee in grain or ground at the time, "Brazil" is our favorite. An address or a good mood is all year round!

It has become the meeting place for thirty-somethings in search of relaxation without fuss. A tapas menu accompanies the evening and a festive atmosphere is infused throughout the hours. One can be tempted by a game of table soccer, enjoy a concert, a musical atmosphere with Latin accents, and a sunny terrace at cocktail time.

At the pretty Café des fleurs, we come to look for Marion's smile and the good things she proposes. In two words, P'tit Mailly is a pleasant place for a little break in the middle of the books available to customers.

Le Lézard, located a stone's throw from the Musée de la Musique, is an associative café offering a wide range of activities. As a member, you can simply have a drink or take part in one of the workshops offered: theatre, oenology, philosophy, knitting, singing, knowledge sharing, games, music... All drinks are organic and local. It is THE place for meetings and exchanges, we come there mainly to meet other people at the beginning and then to participate in workshops and/or festive evenings. A nice "alternative and militant" touch.

A drinking restaurant: that's how you could define this little nugget in the rue des Cardeurs, a pedestrian street in the old part of Perpignan, known by the local gourmets. The place is intimate, very cosy and minimalist, a bit like the owners, and above all what you find on the plate and in the glass: fresh and local high quality! The emphasis is on the origin and quality of the products. Everything is fine and delicious, charming and original. The ideal place to enjoy a good glass of wine with some crazy tapas on a quiet terrace.

Chez Mémé has become the must-see tavern in Castelnou. We don't know if it's a restaurant, a wine bar or a tapas bar, but one thing is for sure, the place and the atmosphere have a "let's go back there quickly" feel. An address that we liked to taste in the dining room or on the large terrace craft beers or local wines with friends. In this small, typical family house, Emeline offers various Catalan dishes: pan con tomate with Serrano ham, her famous patatas bravas or the unmissable Cerdanya cheeses.

On the avenue of the campings, once passed the entrance of the case with rum, one is transported in the islands. Welcome to one of the oldest districts of Perpignan. Welcome to the Divine Comedy, a former convent where today they serve you asses! The speciality of the house. On the terrace and in the calm of the pedestrian street or in one of the two rooms with their refined decoration which brilliantly combine old and modern, we simply love it!

Au Fut distinguishes itself from other bars by its "you're the bartender" concept: take a drink, put your card in front of one of the pumps installed on each table and serve yourself, according to your desires and new meetings. Regularly, new craft beers are put forward, accompanied by planks of cold cuts or cheese. It is also the ideal place for the retransmission of football or rugby matches on a giant screen. Le Carcanet is a bar and crêperie with a simple and "woody" decoration, like a mountain inn. People from the village come here as much as tourists to taste pancakes or dishes, to drink local beers and especially to enjoy the most beautiful terrace of Formiguères: a series of tables overlooking the stream. The magical sound of the water running over the polished granite or lulling our ears... This bar is named after one of the most beautiful islands in Thailand. Outside, benches are installed under an arbour of Virginia creeper, tables are facing the Criée. Inside, we discover a pretty decoration, a surprising lighting, a plant wall and a playlist of the most effective! We come to sip cocktails and share tapas. Shrimp tempura, can of sardines from the Maison Janicot, some gyozas, baked camembert, eggplant caviar... And we take advantage of the DJ evenings to get in the mood.

A small quality address, the Hoppy Gallery can become both your local wine shop that distills advice as well as passion, and your meeting point to discover beautiful brewery and wine nuggets. Inside, we discover a large choice of craft beers, beautiful bottles installed under vaults and tables that offer us the opportunity to settle down. In the heart of one of Perpignan's most festive streets, Bruno and his team invite you to a late-night epicurean and sometimes Rabelaisian interlude. We love the spirit of the short circuit and the high quality of the fresh produce, the bobo but not too bobo atmosphere, and above all the omnipresent good humor of the team. On the flea market square, the front of this bar - which also serves as a wine cellar for bulk and bottled wines - immediately announces the color: a large photograph with Brel, Ferré and Brassens is pasted, with the words "Les copains d'abord" (Friends first). At the bottom of the room you can dance or cause a pleasant ride in very comfortable red chairs.
