BRASSERIE LA SINGULIÈRE
In June 2017, Astrid and Jérôme set their brewery on the Bosc quay in Sète. They produce 6 beers in their workshop. Among the creations of the site, you can find "La Blonde", perfect for accompanying seafood or a good Tielle, "La Barque Noire" and its coffee and toast notes, an "IPA" (Indian Pale Ale) or the "Roussette", slightly ambered with honey. The brewery, which is in pub atmosphere, offers a pack regrouping the 6 beers of their creation for sale, a good way to discover these beverages in order to sharpen your preferences. Everything is brewed and bottled on the spot, but besides the production of this singular brewery, you can also find many foreign beers and barrels of 30 liters with or without a machine loan. Now the hotel has a tasting space that allows guests to welcome and eat on site. Every Friday night, the team prepares brasucade over a wood fire.
