Since 1977, Nîmes cinephiles have had just one address: Le Sémaphore. This local cinema, a veritable cultural center, shows independent films in VO, documentaries, children's films... In its 6 cinemas, you can see a number of French and international films, both topical and less so. The cinema regularly organizes thematic mini-festivals and previews, often in the presence of the director, author or actor. The cinema houses a cafeteria serving homemade tarts, salads and desserts every day!

Gaumont Multiplexe is the most modern cinema in the city, with its seventeen rooms with 3868 comfortable places. You just need to go and see a film not very well-known on a Sunday morning at 11 am to imagine that the room was open on purpose to you. And the neat and colourful decoration of the complex is signed... Christian Lacroix. The image projected on the giant screens is of excellent quality, and the digital sound high level. Obviously, screenings in 3D are numerous. All rooms are accessible to disabled guests, and eight of them are equipped with the Acourex audio system, designed for partially deaf people. Note that the car park is free for 3 hours provided that you put your ticket into a machine placed at the entrance right next to the checkouts! And if you wish to linger or wait for your friends, a wine bar is placed at your disposal every day from 6pm, as well as a games space for your children.

Twelve rooms and twenty films to the poster. The malins are rush to the avant-garde, in very comfortable and well-equipped rooms. In the Mega CGR, no movies Art and Trial - it's not done for this -, you're airing big Hollywood machines, all French movies, at a challenging price, and it's not so bad. All the more so since this multiplex has very comfortable rooms and is surrounded by a commercial area with many restaurants. Why not take a canvas after the races?

A large free car park, three computer boxes, a kiosk for corporate committees, video games, candy counter, giant screens, digital sound and the latest movie releases, what more! This multiplexes program 11 films per week mainly from "large distribution".

The new cinema complex in Carcassonne saw the day of 2007 in the Red Bridge area, and the building is… red! You can even see it from the Black Mountain. In the heart of the city centre, a stone's throw from the Castillet, this superb restored building has always been a cinema since 1911, when it was founded. This complex has 1,700 seats in 7 rooms all equipped with Dolby floors. For an art house cinema, the "Castillet" as it is called here has a very eclectic programme and also proposes films freshly released in theatres, and often in V.O. This cinema, which immediately reminds us of Eddy Mitchell's "La Dernière Séance", will astonish more than one by its modernity and its theme evenings.

Since its creation in 1962, the film club has come a long way and now has the status of a cultural centre. In the Marcel-Oms room, about 20 films are shown every quarter, often followed by rich and constructive debates on the relationship between the film and its time. The Institut Jean-Vigo is currently the only permanent French centre for animation and film research with an associative structure.

In the gallery of Port Ambonne, right next to the club Le Clair-Obscur, you will discover the only projection room in the village, which has been completely renovated and refurbished and which is aimed at lovers of the 7th art version X. Comfortably installed in real cinema armchairs, all we have to do is appreciate the images shown on a giant screen and it is not rare that it is hotter in the room than on the screen... Note that for your comfort, a shower room is available. And when you leave, on the side you have a vending machine with cold drinks and sweets in function 24 hours a day.

Cinéma CGR Villeneuve Les Beziers is a multiplex cinema located in Villeneuve-lès-Béziers, in the Occitanie region of France. It has 12 movie theaters, with a total capacity of 1,500 seats. The cinema offers a varied program, with recent films and previews. It also organizes special events and offers private spaces. Parking is free for visitors. Prices vary according to age and status (student, job-seeker, etc.), with discounts for under-16s and Club CGR members. Surcharges apply for 3D screenings.

On the banks of the Place Aristide Briand, this cinema has three theaters showing art house films, young audience screenings and original version movies. During the summer, we particularly appreciate the Cinema of the Sea, at the Theater of the Sea, where the cinemas of Sete propose projections under the stars: a magic moment around the seventh art.

This art house cinema offers a program for young audiences and films for all audiences. Throughout the year, the place is animated by various events promoting access to the cinema for all: toddlers, schoolchildren, seniors, deaf and hard of hearing people... The Cinémistral is located in a beautiful house with a garden in the center of Frontignan. The establishment has 140 seats and is a dynamic, friendly, cultural place where it is good to go with family, friends, or solo. We take part in evening debates, we meet each other.

The cinema Le Taurus is an establishment classified "Art et Essai" and labeled "Jeune public". Its programming is aimed at everyone, young and old, who love the seventh art. On the program, we discover well selected independent films and we also find great current productions. Animated throughout the year, this cinema also offers themed screenings and meetings such as: ciné-concert, ciné-débat, ciné-pitchoun, ciné-culte, ciné-goûter..

On the avenue in front of the train station, there is a second cinema in Sète: Le Nouveau Palace. At this address, the program focuses on films for all audiences, blockbusters, sometimes with 3D glasses. One comes here to discover the latest blockbuster with friends or family. Inside, several rooms have been completely renovated to improve the comfort of spectators. Everyone can enjoy a great time with reasonably priced tickets. Perfect for an afternoon with the kids.

As in the past, the Fédération des cinéclubs de la Méditerranée is bringing the cinema to you! From October to June, the towns of Lignan, Bassan, Espondeilhan, Gignac, Magalas, Neffiès and Roujan will be hosting film screenings. To find out about the program and dates, simply contact the relevant town halls. Activities are also organized, including training courses and festivals such as the Rencontre Cinéma de Pézenas.

A former district cinema, completely renovated by the Kinepolis Forum, this modern complex, located in the city centre, is well integrated into its neighbourhood. With its 4 fully equipped rooms (digital projection, 3 D, pop-corn shop), the cinema follows the news of the exits, but does not try to compete with its grand brother at Costières des Costières. On the whole, you can find the same programming as in the periphery, but here we walk by walking. The quiet little street Poise, which is perpendicular to Admiral-Courbet, the boulevard, with its nettle, bars, restaurants, restaurants, squares, bookshops and museums… all this atmosphere is preserved and creates a pleasant perimeter around the Forum.
