Since 1977, Nîmes cinephiles have had just one address: Le Sémaphore. This local cinema, a veritable cultural center, shows independent films in VO, documentaries, children's films... In its 6 cinemas, you can see a number of French and international films, both topical and less so. The cinema regularly organizes thematic mini-festivals and previews, often in the presence of the director, author or actor. The cinema houses a cafeteria serving homemade tarts, salads and desserts every day!

It is a bit like the Montpellier equivalent of the Splendid and it does not demerit from its Parisian "ancestor". Kawa is a theatre dedicated to humour and it works well! In the 180-seat auditorium, halfway between the boulevard theatre and the café-theatre, the comedians cleverly deploy well-meaning phrases around themes that are always up to date. So much so that some of Kawa's creations have been invited to more "serious" venues... The theatre also organizes improvisation evenings, excellent for making irresistible encounters and building up your abs. Finally, the Toaster Club will allow the hungry to satisfy their hunger.

21st season for this community of common dynamics, now a cultural actor unmissable of the east carcassonne. This year again, shows of quality, with artists of national scale - Virginie Hocq, La Mal Coiffée Les Malpolis, for example - or more confidential, and rendez-vous in rural - Festivoix, the festival of Tolerance, or Night of Poetry. A superb Italian-style theater listed as a Historic Monument and a national stage since 1994, the Molière Theater offers a well-stocked cultural season of multiple artistic forms: theater, dance, song, classical or contemporary music, opera, shows for young audiences, contemporary circus... Clint Magic is a website located in Cabestany, Pyrénées-Orientales. It offers magic and illusionism services to entertain residents of the town and surrounding area.

Renaud Papillon Paravel, author-composer-performer, has turned this former vineyard into a unique venue combining accommodation and musical events from April to October. The Grand Sauvage stage is the ideal place for artists to meet their audience and vice-versa. The season kicks off with the "J'irai cracher sur vos tongs" festival (2nd edition), followed by a series of live events (concerts, DJs...) with no stylistic boundaries, and always with good food and drink at the Food-Caravane. Ask for the program!

El Mediator is THE concert hall of the Théâtre de l'Archipel. With a capacity of 900 people, this place in Perpignan is a reference for all music lovers. Throughout the year, this venue offers an eclectic program. The great artists of the current musical scene rub shoulders with emerging groups or "discovery", always in a spirit of conviviality and exchange with the public. Free concerts, "Free Thursdays", "Jam Sessions" and artist exhibitions punctuate the concert season.

This beautiful and friendly theatre is located in the commune of Le Crès, north-east of Montpellier. Very warm, the theatre has a program adapted to all audiences. Humour and human interaction are on the menu every night! The fun and dynamic team of the place will accompany you throughout your evening to provide an amazing moment of relaxation and entertainment. We also appreciate the presence of the bar of the theater, which allows to enjoy boards at the beginning or end of the show depending on the time of day. For example, you can nibble Patanegra Bellota, Bleu d'Auvergne, organic vegetables and homemade sauces... Perfect from the dish to the stage!

Gaumont Multiplexe is the most modern cinema in the city, with its seventeen rooms with 3868 comfortable places. You just need to go and see a film not very well-known on a Sunday morning at 11 am to imagine that the room was open on purpose to you. And the neat and colourful decoration of the complex is signed... Christian Lacroix. The image projected on the giant screens is of excellent quality, and the digital sound high level. Obviously, screenings in 3D are numerous. All rooms are accessible to disabled guests, and eight of them are equipped with the Acourex audio system, designed for partially deaf people. Note that the car park is free for 3 hours provided that you put your ticket into a machine placed at the entrance right next to the checkouts! And if you wish to linger or wait for your friends, a wine bar is placed at your disposal every day from 6pm, as well as a games space for your children.

From September to June, Théâtre + Cinéma offers a program of theater, dance, music, circus, for young audiences... and the programming of art and experimental cinema. Théâtre + Cinéma's mission is to disseminate the various currents of current artistic vitality, to support creation and artistic education. Les Comptoirs, a bar and light food area, is open every day (except Monday), before and after shows and before movie screenings.

Twelve rooms and twenty films to the poster. The malins are rush to the avant-garde, in very comfortable and well-equipped rooms. In the Mega CGR, no movies Art and Trial - it's not done for this -, you're airing big Hollywood machines, all French movies, at a challenging price, and it's not so bad. All the more so since this multiplex has very comfortable rooms and is surrounded by a commercial area with many restaurants. Why not take a canvas after the races?

A large free car park, three computer boxes, a kiosk for corporate committees, video games, candy counter, giant screens, digital sound and the latest movie releases, what more! This multiplexes program 11 films per week mainly from "large distribution".

The new cinema complex in Carcassonne saw the day of 2007 in the Red Bridge area, and the building is… red! You can even see it from the Black Mountain. It is a brand new complex that welcomes fans of the region. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and are all accessible to the disabled. The confectionery area has become a necessity, and the games space can be patient before the start of the session. If you even want to make a canvas between adults, you can leave your children to play games under the supervision of the staff! Cape'Cinema is thus the successor to the two theatres in the city centre, with the Coliseum becoming a theatre of art and trial, and the Odéum a congress centre.

Second regional venue in terms of capacity after the Zenith in Montpellier, Zinga Zanga - pronounced Zingo Zango - is an entertainment and leisure venue located west of Béziers. A sign of the revival of the Biterrois area, since autumn 2007, it completes the range of venues in the Béziers conurbation offered by the municipality - the theatre -, the Hérault departmental council - Sortie Ouest - or the Sérignan town hall - La Cigalière. With a comfortable and flexible space, it presents a municipal and associative program.

In the heart of the city centre, a stone's throw from the Castillet, this superb restored building has always been a cinema since 1911, when it was founded. This complex has 1,700 seats in 7 rooms all equipped with Dolby floors. For an art house cinema, the "Castillet" as it is called here has a very eclectic programme and also proposes films freshly released in theatres, and often in V.O. This cinema, which immediately reminds us of Eddy Mitchell's "La Dernière Séance", will astonish more than one by its modernity and its theme evenings.

Le Petit Subito is the literary and singing cabaret of Henry Le Ny and Doumée, directors and actors, emblematic figures of the "scene. With his relaxation, where portraits are translated, texts to be interpreted at the top time, public readings, cabaret at Kurt Weil, staggered concerts, Compagnie Subito brings a user-friendly dimension, which contributes to its reputation. Sitting around the tables as in the bistro or setting along the walls, spectators (one hundred more) take place and necessarily talk to each other. Here we cultivate the love of words, music, bloody polar or rock history. Totally atypical like the beginnings of shows announced at 19 h 23 sharp: after, we close the doors to respect the actors and the comfort of the visitors.

All the places for all performances in France, the network France Tickets at Carrefour shows its Ambitions and keeps its promises. There is probably only private festivals and underground evenings to escape because, in terms of concerts, shows, sports meetings, cinemas, bullfighting, useless to décarcasser, a tour at Carrefour is enough to acquire the precious sesame (see also information, gifts, leisure, reception, caterers, Big Surfaces and Auto).

More known under its initials, the TMT has been at its head since its creation. It presents to the public eclectic, funny or serious programs that address all genres: theatre, café-theatre, poetry, cinema, dance, music, children's shows. There are about performances per programming season, some drinks-concerts, cross-Stage entries and, in summer, in Marvejols, the city cultural festival.

The Centre Bérenger de Frédol is the town's cultural center and home to the friendly Jérome Savary theater. From September to May, residents of Villeneuve and the surrounding area come here to discover a rich program of different artistic forms: theater, circus, puppetry, music, cinema and dance. The year is also punctuated by festivities for young and old alike. With seating for 200 and free admission, it's the ideal place to go out, especially with the whole family.

The imposing theatre opened in 1935 in the presence of Paul Valéry and now inscribed on the list of historic monuments of the twentieth century. It has undergone many stages of work - recently even for compliance with the new safety standards - without ever having its original stamp diminished. Decorated with marble columns and pilasters, a triple balcony, fine Art Deco frescoes and soft red armchairs, it accommodates up to 950 spectators from October to May for various shows: plays, lyric art, dramatic art, comic opera, comic opera, dance, French song and variety shows, etc. Jazz festival, the last week of April.
