La Ferme du Marais, nestled at the foot of the Vercors mountains, has been a family business for 6 generations, delighting us with its T80 semi-complete artisanal pasta: coquillettes, coquillages, corkscrews, lace... Made with love from sustainable durum wheat, these delicious pasta products contain no colorants or preservatives, and reveal the full richness of the grain. From harvesting to bagging, each stage is meticulously carried out by hand to preserve the authenticity of the flavors. Steve, passionate about his craft, also invites you to discover his artisanal sunflower flour and oil.

Alexandre Frattini is an organic farmer. He transforms his own cereals into pasta and semolina. The result is an entirely home-made dry and fresh pasta produced on the farm. He grows durum wheat, soft wheat and buckwheat. His range of pastas is extensive: fresh, fettucini, fusilli, spaghetti, raviole, crozet, tagliatelle plain, with vegetables or with chestnuts. These wheat-based pastas can be ordered online, and can also be found in many producers' stores in and around the département.
