This vineyard of the Haut Val d'Amour, inaugurated on June^1, 2019, received the Renou prize from the National Association of elected officials of the vine and wine. An achievement for the association of amateur winegrowers led by Christian Maréchal. The 38 old vines used in the past in the region occupy the plot enriched with a dry stone caborde (or shelter). This is a remarkable site because it overlooks the Loue valley. After having met the Argant noir, the Béclan and the Enfariné, a no less pleasant walk will complete your visit to the borders of the Doubs.

Institut Griottines inaugurated in 2009 by the Grandes Distilleries Peureux is a new unique concept gathering 3 spaces dedicated to different but complementary activities in one building: a magnificent Griottines shop; 3 specialised laboratories one in pastry, one in chocolate and the third one in cooking and; finally a cooking course and professional demonstrations centre for individuals. All this on a total area of about 450 m ², including 188 m ² dedicated to the Griottines shop. Various events are held throughout the year at the Institute for individual demonstrations and courses. 

Septmoncel is an old commune in the Jura department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. With a surface area of 19.4 km² and a population of 839 in 2015, Septmoncel offers an exceptional natural setting with altitudes ranging from 448 meters to 1,281 meters. The commune is renowned for its heritage, including the Chapeau de Gendarme, Désiré Dalloz, the Lapidary and the Blue. Visitors can also enjoy tourist attractions such as the Belvédère de Cernaise, Gorges du Flumen, Lacets de Septmoncel and Grès. For hiking enthusiasts, the Sentiers des Diots and Sentiers des Lapidaires offer interesting routes through the region.

In the heart of the city, under the arcades, the Mullet de Mullet's native apartment was returned and evokes, through explanatory panels, its major work, La Marseillaise, and its life, from birth in Lons-le-Saunier in 1760 until its death in 1836 in Choisy-le-Roi. You discover many original documents, personal objects: his sword, the violin bow of La Marseillaise… This place of memories is part of the Juramusées network. .

Built in the 16th century, this tower is a superb vestige of Poligny's ramparts. At its summit, the lookout could see the attackers approaching and would immediately prepare boiling oil, which he poured through the stone machicolations. Remodeled in the 15th century, it has 4 storeys, with the covered walkway on the second floor. Finally, you should know that its name comes not from the military forces that once inhabited it, but from Sergentin, the former name of the Doye river that flows at its foot. Although not open to visitors, its architecture can be seen at the entrance gate.

Built between the 9th and 11th centuries on the site of a chapel, it was around this church that the first town of Poligny was built, before it was moved to the foot of the Grimont hill. Situated outside the town from the 13th century onwards, the church has undergone numerous destructions over the centuries. However, some elements have survived, such as the 12th-century bell tower, the slate roof and the sculptures and paintings listed as Monuments Historiques.

853 meters above sea level, forts and steep slopes... Mont Poupet is not only one of the most beautiful peaks on the edge of the Jura. It's also a paradise for hikers. At the start of the parking lot, under the cross, a belvedere (accessible to people with reduced mobility) offers a superb panoramic view. The trail du Loup-Werewolf is a trail marked by various panels on life in the greenhouse massif and its heritage. The itinerary passes through a painted fresco which represents the history of the werewolf valley of the Angels Valley. In 1573, famine in the region was in the region, children were kidnapped and eaten… The Parliament of Dole allowed villagers to organize a hunting against this horrible werewolf. Gilles Garnier, a hermit living in the forest, is arrested and tried. Was he really the culprit? Historians are still questioning today. But this story is just a bad memory. It highlights artists from all over the world in this small village above Champagnole. Françoise is an artist herself, a painter/sculptor/plastician. The 4 exhibition rooms host an average of 12 talents in different and unusual registers. They are regularly renewed. All the creations can be acquired and not necessarily for an exorbitant cost.
