Elixkir: a nice contraction that is not without reminding the famous canon. Born in 2015 from the imagination and talent of Amélia and Guillaume - a brewer from Dijon - this brewery welcomes true beer lovers. Elaborated and brewed according to the traditional method, the beers have names as evocative as they are amusing: Le Péché du chanoine, La Rude école, Ibu profana, or Tirami Stout for a beer at the café, to name but a few. Depending on whether you are a redhead, brunette or blonde, don't hesitate to ask for advice, the welcome is charming.

Nicolas Poirier, who holds a master's degree in fermentation processes for the food industry, set up his own brewery after several years' experience in regional breweries. His ambition is to enlighten us about good beers by taking us on a journey. Arcane, the 6-degree blonde, is an abbey-style Belgian beer. Shangri La, the white beer with its hint of ginger, provides all the freshness you could wish for. Brune, a British porter at 6°, adds a hint of cocoa. Located 10 minutes from Dijon, the brewery has a production capacity of 150 to 300 hl per year.

Fayyar is a microbrewery created in 2020 in the heart of one of the great wine villages of the Auxerrois. Simon, Romain and Élise offer you their organic and local beers. Do not hesitate to go and taste them; they are worth the detour! Above all, you can also visit the place and discover the work of these young and friendly brewers. By appointment, they will show you the raw materials used, but also all the stages of production along their beautiful cellars of the XIVth century. With a tasting at the end, of course!

La Kanopée is a microbrewery born from the passion of Thierry Kniebiher. The bar-terrace area adjacent to the brewery allows visitors to taste the beers on site. In 2024, 6 beer recipes are permanently available, with a clear brewing preference for Pale Ale. In addition to this permanent collection of quality beers, Thierry creates new recipes according to the season or his inspiration of the moment. You'll find an incredible Cacao-Griottes Stout, an organic blackcurrant beer from Burgundy or even the unmissable Christmas beer!

Brasserie de France, 10,000 hectolitres/year, has created a "Bière Expériences" workshop open to individuals and employees. The concept is simple: 20 people brew their own beer for 4 hours. After 21 days, they get their beer back. Understand the differences between beers, find out what an IPA is... Here's a workshop to make, learn, analyze, but also decipher its tasting and of course enjoy! Other workshops are available: brewing and tasting workshops, introduction to zythology, beer and wine tasting..

L'Épicerie Comptoir is welcoming, with its trendy decor and delicatessen feel. Here you'll find all your daily essentials: organic bulk produce, condiments and a number of local artisanal products. Bonus: a fine selection of Auxois wines, highlighting the region's little-known know-how. In the beer department, there's La Voûte, brewed under the grocery store where the micro-brewery is located. Of particular note: the attractive coffee and pastry tasting area, and even a daily menu on certain dates.

The Flavigny Brewery was created by a group of passionate friends, including Cyril Raveau, Cellar Master and Guillaume Souloumiac, Brewmaster. The brewery is equipped with a state-of-the-art production tool with 14 tanks of 10 hl each, and has a production capacity of 140,000 liters. The beers have the particularity of not having fermentation in the bottle. White, Blonde, IPA, NEIPA and winter beer, there is something for everyone. The brewery has a store, a tasting room and a covered terrace of 300 m² with an incredible view!

A short while ago, Alexis and Vianney embarked on a crazy adventure: creating a microbrewery in Chablis from Burgundy malts. Their beers are 100% organic, like "Porte Romane", which won the title of "Best Blonde in France". Or "Vintage", a limited series of beers aged in Chablis Premiers and Grands Crus oak barrels. Not forgetting "Rives du Serein", of course. There's a cosy bar where you can discover them all on site. You can also visit the brewery. It's worth noting that many establishments in the region have added Maddam to their menus.

In this former flour mill, the beers are home-brewed, an artisanal microbrewery concept created by brothers Pierre-Elie and Quentin, brewers for 10 years. Opposite the Cité de la Gastronomie, discover this large space with a bar, exposed vats and large tables in an industrial-style planted decor. Wines, fruit juices and plates are also on the menu. In addition to being a friendly bar, Un Singe en Hiver combines pleasure and culture, with a 150 m² exhibition space upstairs dedicated to digital arts and contemporary music.

Two Dudes is an unusual place that combines the art of beer and gastronomy. Come and discover Pierre's fine range of beers, or sample (by reservation only) Amandine's unique dishes amidst the brewery vats. Rely on this globe-trotting duo, who have worked their way up through the ranks of the world's finest Michelin-starred chefs, to take you on a voyage of discovery thanks to their stunning food and beer pairings. Here's a good idea: the apéro (survival) kit with everything you need for a quick aperitif, plus a "home chef" mode.

If you're a beer lover, then it's impossible to pass through Vézelay without taking a break, down in the village, at this independent microbrewery installed in 2019. Here, all the beers are brewed and bottled by hand in small quantities. Thus, each vintage is unique and composed of ingredients from organic farming. Among those proposed, we like the "Cuvée Blonde bio" with ginger, as well as the brunette with spices. Two very nice discoveries, among a generous and tempting offer!

In the heart of Irancy, La Cuverie brewery opened its doors in the old village school. Camille and Lucile, master brewer and brewer, create organic beers with a variety of styles and a unique character. La Cuverie also has a small shop where you can buy the beers directly from the brewery, as well as a nice terrace in summer to enjoy them with friends or family! Finally, these craft brewers also await you every weekend on the two most beautiful markets of the Yonne, those of Chablis and Toucy.

VIF beers were born in 2021 from the will of Thomas and Lara to differentiate themselves with character and modernity. We understand it by the choice of the can as container, by the aesthetics of the very artistic and colored labels realized by a watercolorist, before tasting them. The recipes are inspired by German beers with low fermentation and low alcohol content or hoppy and aromatic beers. Tomas confides in us his project to create a taproom; in the meantime, the pleasure is there with each sip!

This is the story of three boys: Alexandre Faupin, Mr Technical, Nicolas Seyve, Mr Production, and Jean-David Camus, Mr Image, who had in common the love of beer and their beloved town of Beaune. In May 2014, they therefore founded a brewery. There were no more since the 1950 s. They named him Belenium, in tribute to the Gallic god of harmony and beauty, the Apollo of our ancestors. Legend tells us that Bélénos would have given his name to Beaune. The "Blonde" is light, fine, slightly spicy and fruity. Very nice in the mouth! Arrive at the Amber Beer No. 2 and Christmas No. 3. They will be numbered in the order of their creation. Pasteurisées and non-filtered beers, carried out in small quantities and refermentées, a graphic charter that recalls the epoxy roofs of Beaune and a currency: causa nostrae laetitiae, "the first cause of joy", which takes over the first motto of the city of Beaune. All elements of a future great success are gathered! The first brewed beer is already served in some restaurants and available in some wine merchants: Loiseau des Vignes, Le Cep Hotel, restaurant Le Sushikai… As the Romans said, Deus vobiscum!

Aurélien Jarmuszewicz's micro-brewery has set up its stainless steel tanks in a winegrower's house. The history of this old vat house makes all its charm, the quality of the beers made in Burgundy certainly makes the rest. In the catalog, you will find 6 subtle foams and one seasonal one, made in a sustainable way, and a few appetizers to accompany them, such as the 100% Côte-d'Or crackers. Why does it have this surprising name? Ask Aurélien!

There can't be any more Neversoise than this brewery in the heart of the ducal city! This is a 100% organic craft brewery, using organic French malt, organic hops and non-GMO yeast. To satisfy all palates, Daisy the light blonde, Circé the smoked redhead, Hilda the German-style white, Ishbel the golden blonde, and finally the declination of Georges (amber, copper...), will satisfy all thirsts! An address that we recommend without moderation.

La Voûte is a beer born in 2019 that refers to the heritage of Pouilly-en-Auxois. Olivier Vailly prepares his craft beers with carefully selected and blended hops and malts. Production capacity is 1,200 liters per month. Blonde, Blanche, Ambrée, Coffee Stout, IPA, seasonal or matured in cognac oak casks, the choice is vast. Organically farmed, these finely flavored beers are the keystone of your meal.

B comme Bière was born from Philippe's passion for beer: it is in the heart of the green Morvan that he set up his microbrewery to produce his beers in an artisanal way and in a short circuit. His beers are both sweet and amber, light and refreshing, or creamy according to the desires of the moment. The Pils, the Ambrée, the Brune and the seasonal beers are to be found directly at the brewery or on the markets of Saulieu and Alligny-en-Morvan. Beers with simple and generous tastes, to be shared in a friendly atmosphere. Coming soon, a gîte and a bar-restaurant.

Vanessa Cirillo and Luc Bon set up their micro-brewery at the end of 2017 in the former premises of the Longchamp earthenware factory. Six beers are now in the Brasserie des Ducs catalog, with the addition of more seasonal ones. All are produced here from A to Z, from recipe development to labeling. In addition to their boutique in Longchamp, you'll find their products in wine shops, restaurants and delicatessens in the Jura and Côte d'Or regions. Don't hesitate to let yourself be tempted.
