The Domaine Sébastien Magnien is a young domain by name only because it is descended from the Domaine Parigot de Meloisey. Created and installed in Meursault since 2004, the estate has the assets. Managed by Brigitte and his son Sébastien, the estate is perfectly located in the heart of Meursault: Welcome porch, large inner courtyard, nineteenth century house, xvii century wine cellar, modern bakery. Formed at the Viti de Beaune, the young Sebastien Magnien practices an ultra-reasoned culture. His estate, which has existed since 1902, is currently the oldest winegrowing estate in the Châtillonnais. Since July 2015, the estate has been awarded "Haute Valeur Environnementale" certification in recognition of its efforts to protect the environment. Les vignes and Céline Côte is a family story, but not only: the young woman studied biotechnology, viticulture and oenology to feed her know-how. White, red or rosé, in the wines Céline offers (all 100% organic), we find grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Tonnerre wines and elegant épineuil. This cooperative winery is housed in a large, attractive building along the roadside in the heart of the Mâconnais vineyards. Founded in 1929, it united the winegrowers of the villages of Vinzelles and Lochés, producing prestigious cuvées in Burgundy and Beaujolais. The modern sales and tasting area is totally dedicated to the wines of this corner of the Mâconnais region: pouilly vinzelles, pouilly fuissé, pouilly loché and saint-véran.

For more than 4 generations, the Dagueneau family has passed on the know-how inherited from their ancestor Léontine. It is the daughters who today perpetuate the traditions while respecting the soil. In addition to the 17 hectares planted on the slopes of Pouilly-sur-Loire and Saint-Andelain, the 2 hectares of Montées de Saint-Lay are also planted. With reasoned farming practices and harmonious blends, their wines display a palette of subtly fruity nuances with complex aromas.

In this former flour mill, the beers are home-brewed, an artisanal microbrewery concept created by brothers Pierre-Elie and Quentin, brewers for 10 years. Opposite the Cité de la Gastronomie, discover this large space with a bar, exposed vats and large tables in an industrial-style planted decor. Wines, fruit juices and plates are also on the menu. In addition to being a friendly bar, Un Singe en Hiver combines pleasure and culture, with a 150 m² exhibition space upstairs dedicated to digital arts and contemporary music.

Located just behind the beautiful Saint-Pierre church, the winery of the same name is a superb meeting place for lovers of fine nectars. Perfectly stocked, this cellar showcases wines from the region, but extends its offer far beyond. A wide selection of magnums, spirits, champagnes, eaux-de-vie, rums and beers rub shoulders with gourmet delicacies. It's a beautiful store, with a warm welcome and excellent advice. Tastings are also organized every first Thursday of the month.

This 12-hectare family estate is spread over 4 communes: Beines, La Chapelle-Vautepeigne, Lignorelles and Villy. Petit-Chablis, Chablis and Chablis^1er cru Fourchaume are the appellations you'll be able to taste here. Wines that have often won awards, such as Petit Chablis 2021, gold medal winner at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris and at the Grand Concours des Vins de Chablis in 2023.
