There is no need to take the course on the iodinated west to savor the pleasure of a freshly caught product: Just go to the Chalutier! In this renowned fish store, seafood is 100% fresh, in any season, directly from small fishing boats from ports in Brittany and North-Pas-de-Calais or from Rungis market. Dorades, soles, cod, mackerel, barrel, hake and hake, tuna filets or swordfish, but also gambas, oysters, clams and other shells take their own on the well-guarded shelves. The Chalutier also offers smoked salmon and small homemade dishes (cassolette of Saint-Jacques, laminated to fish, cod brandade, barbet-like terrine, marinator mussels…) and seafood plateaux (from September to April). Possibility of delivery at home on the morning of Wednesday to Saturday, provided you place a order at the latest the day before!

Would you like to concoct an Italian meal? All the basic products are fresh, imported directly from the boot: salumi, formaggi e olive. Note that this caterer supplies his deliveries up to 80 km around Colmar, especially in prestigious rooms like Saint-Étienne Brotherhood in Kientzheim or Hohlandsbourg Castle. But Au Comptoir Gourmand is also the place to stop for lunch or a snack!

Margot concocts tasty dishes with great care and passion. Every day, she proposes a dish of the day, and a well-crafted menu is sure to please gourmets. Choose from veal cordon bleu (with cream or plain), braised ham with Madeira, bouchée à la reine, guinea fowl supreme with mirabelle plum (surprising and delicious!) and a fine selection of pastas (carbonara, tuna, farmhouse or pesto...). For dessert, let yourself be tempted by a delicate brownie or a floating island. As you can see, Margot's cuisine is simple, with no false promises. Rigorous attention to detail and the quality of the product are what really matter!

A must for fish lovers, Les Saveurs de Willmann offers impeccably fresh seafood, as does their catering service. Valérie and Jean-Marc are excellent cooks, having worked with the best and the brightest. This is reflected in the quality and creativity of their dishes. Ultra-fresh and French, the fish on offer is worthy of what you'd find at a seaside fish market. It's mouth-watering, well-crafted, yet affordable! An excellent address.

This young man from Strasbourg offers you, on subscription, to discover each month two organic winegrowers from Alsace and other regions of France. In addition, you will receive each month a box composed of two natural wines provided by the selected winegrowers for the occasion.
