In this renowned fish store, seafood is 100% fresh, in any season, directly from small fishing boats from ports in Brittany and North-Pas-de-Calais or from Rungis market. Dorades, soles, cod, mackerel, barrel, hake and hake, tuna filets or swordfish, but also gambas, oysters, clams and other shells take their own on the well-guarded shelves. The Chalutier also offers smoked salmon and small homemade dishes (cassolette of Saint-Jacques, laminated to fish, cod brandade, barbet-like terrine, marinator mussels…) and seafood plateaux (from September to April).
