Margot concocts tasty dishes with great care and passion. Every day, she proposes a dish of the day, and a well-crafted menu is sure to please gourmets. Choose from veal cordon bleu (with cream or plain), braised ham with Madeira, bouchée à la reine, guinea fowl supreme with mirabelle plum (surprising and delicious!) and a fine selection of pastas (carbonara, tuna, farmhouse or pesto...).
