The domain of Anticaille has been operated by the same family for four generations. Jean-Claude Féraux, son of Jean Féraux, who manages this field today. Wines are produced on the land of Sainte-victoire, whose characteristics of exposure, nature of soil and water regime are known to be suitable for the production of high quality wines. The cellar, close to the farmhouse, was one of the first special cellars of Bouches-du-Rhône. The varieties of the domain are most representative of the name: Grenache, syrah, cinsault, mourvèdre and carignan. The work of the vine and all the vinification operations are carried out under the "Mediterranean nutrition in Provence" approach which guarantees respect for the environment and the consumer. Two colours: rosé (assembly of Grenache (65%) and syrah (35%), made by gum maceration and direct pressing, with control of fermentation temperatures, to obtain a fruity and delicate rosé, to the pale gown, to the pale and red (of a bright and vivid colour, born of a beautiful balance between Syrah and Grenache, it is the fruit of both traditional and sophisticated vinification). The rosés have been awarded and rewarded many times in contests and renowned guides.

Property of the Fabre family since 1928, this magnificent wine-growing property of 55 hectares in Côtes de Provence, 32 hectares classified since 1955, has been restored by Henri Fabre and Bruno Bartalli, so that it regains its past splendour. A completely atypical shop was created in the large cellar of the completely renovated castle. The area of the Rosinoer family covers 100 hectares, of which 32 are reserved for the cultivation of vines and for the production of PDO Côtes de Provence wines and PGI des Maures which are regularly rewarded by the juries of major agricultural competitions. The variety is composed of snails, cinsault, grenache, mourvèdre, syrah, clairette, cabernet and white. Four medals were gleaned in 2016, or for the aged red was oak 2014, in Paris, money for the rosés Château Vérez 2015 et cuvée Gold of dawn 2015, in Paris and bronze for the 2015 white, in the competition of independent winegrowers. Alfred, Antoinette Haeni and their son Nicolas run a 15-hectare vineyard using integrated farming methods. Their wines are "ripe, supple and fleshy", like the rosé de Marie-Antoinette Séguret Côtes du Rhône villages, made by bleeding, balanced, round and fresh. Domaine de Cabasse is also a 3-star hotel.

This vast estate represents a unique space of nearly 200 hectares that is both a wine production and an art and architecture museum. Heir to a long history, illustrated by the presence of Gallo-Roman paved paths and other vestiges of an ancient irrigation system, the wine estate offers organic wines certified Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence and IGP des Portes de Méditerranée. At Château la Coste, you can visit the cellars designed by Jean Nouvel, discover artists' installations or sit down in one of the estate's restaurants.

The estate is located on a former Templar commandery, but its name is inspired by the witches(lei masco in Provençal) who used to come here to gather medicinal plants. 25 hectares of vines on a magnificent estate of some 145 hectares and wines with personality. Château Beaulieu opens its doors to its guests under the name of Villa Baulieu. The rooms and suites have exceptional views of the property. Relaxing on the edge of the swimming pool, walking in an exceptional historic park of 22 ha, everything contributes to the magic of the place. Anne and Pierre Chancel have started a new life by creating, 4 years ago, this preserved domain of 30 hectares at the foot of the Ventoux (12 hectares cultivated in organic way surrounded by 12 hectares of wood). Their first vintages are promising in the 3 colors and already on the best tables in Paris and the region. The hilly estate offers superb views with a marked circuit called "Chemin Sensationnel", a stroll marked out with activities (well-being workshops, readings) which ends with a picnic and wine tasting. A must see.

The estate extends over the communes of Villecroze, Flayosc and Tourtour whose appellations are respectively classified as AOP Coteaux-Varois en Provence, Côtes-de-Provence and IGP Coteaux du Verdon. We are in the heart of the Haut-Var-Verdon Regional Nature Park, and access from the main road to the 340-hectare estate (40 of which are planted vines) is a pure pleasure. At an altitude of 400 metres, you cross the undergrowth and enter the heart of the limestone and clay soils, before discovering the grandiose concrete cellar with its cathedral-like appearance.

12 kilometers west of Aix, in the heart of 42 hectares of hillside vineyards, this ^18th century bastide houses a cellar where you will discover structured reds, fruity rosés and delicate whites.Formerly attached to the neighboring property, Le Grand Saint-Jean, the history of the Beaupré estate began in 1739, with the construction of the current bastide. Beaupré came into the Double family in 1854. The Double family, shipowners, owned a property in Marseille in the Roy d'Espagne district and a property in the Luberon, Saint-Lambert. Beaupré served as a horse relay between the two destinations. In 1892, Baron Emile Double planted the first Beaupré vines to supply the cafés of the capital of Marseille. Make Saint-Pierre de Méjans your wine tourism stopover in the Luberon, where viticulture has a long tradition. Jean-Marc and Wendy Gobbi, the new owners, have restored this fortified ^12th-century Benedictine priory to its former glory by developing the 13-hectare vineyard. The wines - which have won medals at competitions in San Francisco and Houston - come in powerful reds, lively rosés and delicate whites. Honey, olive oil and lavender are available on site.

From the 10thto the 18th century, the monks of Lérins built an underground cellar in which the wines still mature in the best conditions. Cru Classé in Côtes-de-Provence, the estate produces complex and refined wines, owned by the same family since 1740, it has almost always been run by women, today by Countess Adeline de Barry. It also produces premium artisanal spirits. Don't miss Vivinospirit Experiences, the monthly events held at the Château, especially the Festival Rire en Vigne in July.

A superb ^18th-century bastide overlooking the 10-hectare vineyard estate, Château Bonisson produces an AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence wine. Since 2017, the Le Dorze family has developed it according to their own values of quality, authenticity and sharing. It is the daughter, Victoire who manages the estate, she made the choice of organic farming, using the horse to plow the rows and makes the harvest entirely by hand. And her father, Christian, the Bonisson Art Center which offers free and regular exhibitions of modern art.
