They took over La Citadelle, a 40-hectare estate certified HVE and BIO since 2016, which promotes respect for the land with eco-responsible methods such as horse-drawn ploughing and eco-pasturing. The wines are powerful and fine, and among the cuvées, those of Gouverneur Saint-Auban and Les Artèmes are aged for 1 year in French oak barrels. The variety is composed of snails, cinsault, grenache, mourvèdre, syrah, clairette, cabernet and white.
