The church in Diedendorf has been through a lot. Rebuilt in 1700, it contains three gravestones: one of a relative of the Streiff family, another of one of Pastor Perroudet's sons, and one of Pastor Samuel Perroudet. The presence of this figure, who came from Switzerland, led to the migration of a large number of Swiss families to the region. The boundary stones of the Grenztranchée (a three-kilometre-long border trench) between Harskirchen and Sarrebourg, still visible today, were once the state border between France and Germany from 1766 to 1793. And don't miss the 16th-century castle.
