Since the 14th century, the Ninot family has seen a succession of coopers and winemakers, always with the same love of the vine. Today, it's Erell and Flavien, sister and brother, who continue to make history. On their 13 ha in Rully and Mercurey, they produce white and red wine, certified organic since 2020, in village and1er cru appellations. You can simply visit the cellar, taste or take advantage of more complete and original offers, for example by getting on electric bikes and setting off on an adventure through the vines.
