A love of wine and heritage shines through in the guided tours of Domaine Ninot, a family proud of its terroir and its lineage of winegrowers dating back to the 14th century. Several options are available to discover the winery, the ageing room and its superb barrels, as well as the vineyards. By electric bike to Mercurey (about 20 km), or on foot to Rully, you can get up close to the plots, with detailed explanations. As for tasting, the method is playful, with games to help you better appreciate these organic whites and reds, including premier crus.
