Le service est efficace.
Les plats étaient tout simplement excellent. Des produits bien travaillés, et des cuissons maîtrisées. Tout ce qu’il faut pour obtenir un bon plat.
Cependant, gros bémol sur le dessert (île flottante tonka) qui n’est clairement pas à la hauteur du reste, aussi bien en terme de présentation qu’en terme d’appréciation et qui laisse par conséquent une petite frustration en fin de repas. Dommage car tout était parfait.
