Banbridge is a town of 43,000 inhabitants, named after the bridge that spans the River Bann in the heart of the community. Although it is also the birthplace of British navigator and adventurer Francis Crozier (six polar expeditions in the early 19th century, after all!), the County Down town is best known as the home of Linen Mill Studios, used during the filming of the global hit series Game of Thrones. Today, it's also the site of the Game of Thrones Studio Tour, an unmissable way to immerse yourself in the world of the series and the Kingdom of the Seven Crowns. Jon Snow fans beware!
