Travel Guide Andeer

Andeer (population 900 - alt. 982 m) lies in the Val Schons, between the southern end of the Viamala Gorge and the northern end of the Roffla Gorge. The village is home to one of Switzerland's smallest spas, particularly popular for its 34°C water and sauna area. The village is also known for its green orthogneiss, a crystalline rock mined nearby. Several shops including a small supermarket are on site, as well as a petrol station. The route continues towards Hinterehein via Sufers (with a beautiful lake), Splügen and Nufenen, along the Hinterrhein, parallel to the A13
