Senigallia is a port city on the Adriatic coast, inviting you to swim and practice sports activities. All along the seafront there is a bicycle path, beach volleyball facilities, football fields, tennis courts and children's playgrounds. The town is best known for its famous "di velluto" ("velvet") beach, with its 13 km of fine sand. Since the 19th century, this seaside resort has been very popular, so it will not be difficult to find accommodation and restaurants. Senigallia also hosts a rock festival in August, the Summer Jamboree
