Brasserie in Chalon-sur-Saône offering a creative and bistronomic cuisine with seasonal products.
Le Terminus, just a stone's throw from the Chalon-sur-Saône train station, is the Hôtel Saint-Georges brasserie, with a warm, contemporary decor. Chef Luc Filoé's brasserie menu combines creativity, tradition and generosity. He works brilliantly with seasonal produce, and puts Burgundy's terroir in the spotlight (snails, poultry supremes, etc.). The service is rigorous and led by a dynamic team. It's all in a day's work for us, and for the guests of the hotel, which has itself been completely renovated in line with the latest trends.

Je voulais vraiment aimer cet endroit. La nourriture avait l'air délicieuse. Mais une fois que je l'ai goûté, j'ai su que c'était infect. J'ai commandé des crevettes/ gambas. La présentation était magnifique, mais les fruits de mer sentaient le poisson, le goût était médiocre et la texture n'était pas bonne. Mon mari a commandé de l'agneau. La présentation était également magnifique, mais la viande avait un goût de pourriture. C'était comme si la nourriture servie avait été gâtée avant d'être cuisinée et servie. Nous avons commandé un hamburger pour notre fille. Nous avons dit juste du fromage et de la viande. Il était accompagné d'une salade verte. Le chef l'a refaite. La fois suivante, il y avait des tomates dessus. Elle ne l'a pas mangé. J'ai fini par le manger. C'était bon. Rien de spécial. Le vin était délicieux. Le sorbet était également bon. Le service était sympathique. Dommage que la nourriture ne soit pas bonne.
