Vegetarian restaurant in Chalon-sur-Saône preparing home-made dishes with local, organic and seasonal products

A friendly state of mind, a warm atmosphere and a home-like atmosphere, such is this vegetarian restaurant. Located in a small street hidden between the Saône and the town hall. One could pass by without seeing it, however, if one believes the great affluence at peak hours, the address is very well known to the people of Chalonnais and for good reason! The small home-made dishes with mostly local, organic and rigorously seasonal products are cooked with brio. The formula which allows you to choose what you want from the buffet is ideal to taste everything. Very nice!

Nous y sommes allés pour le déjeuner et avons pris deux buffets. L'ambiance est très calme et minimaliste. Nous l'avons beaucoup appréciée. Quand nous sommes arrivés, on nous a tout de suite donné notre table et expliqué le fonctionnement du buffet (tout en anglais, nous avons beaucoup aimé).
La nourriture est bonne et saine : carottes, champignons, houmous, lentilles, tarte salée, œufs, pâtes, sauce et autres délices. 15€ par personne et vous pouvez vous servir autant de fois que vous le souhaitez. Une carafe d'eau est incluse, qui est déjà sur la table, et pour le dessert ou le café/thé/thé ils demandent un petit supplément.
Nous avons été très satisfaits du buffet végétarien ! Et nous le recommandons certainement si vous êtes à Chalon-sur-Saône
