The Lagos de Colón is a lake complex created by a river coming from Guatemala that divides into multiple arms and forms pools of crystal clear water of blue-green color. These wells are interconnected by canals, streams and small waterfalls, and there are beautiful examples of ceibas, chicozapotes and palm trees. Located at 650 meters above sea level, it is a famous site for high altitude diving.
