Mösern, the swallow's nest of the Tyrol, is the smallest village in the Olympiaregion at an altitude of 1245 meters. Amidst green hills and dominated by snow-capped peaks, it offers beautiful scenery up to the Arlberg Pass, immortalized by Albrecht Dürer in one of his most famous self-portraits. The fences are a tradition and part of the heritage. Mösern is also the home of the Peace Bell, a 10-ton bell that symbolizes good neighborliness in the Alpine countries and rings daily at 5 pm. In Mösern, gastronomy plays an important role, with Michelin-starred restaurants and establishments serving Tyrolean specialties
