Travel Guide Calci

The municipality of Calci, 10 km east of Pisa and 22 km south of Lucca, is made up of small, characteristic and picturesque villages. The main one, La Pieve, has developed along the torrent of the valley. The peculiarity of this territory is its mountainous morphology where the dominant flora is the olive tree but also the chestnut tree, which earned it the name of Valle Graziosa (graceful valley). A territory attached to its customs that preserves its wild nature and allows, through numerous paths, to discover the Serra mountain that dominates the city of Pisa. Beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and the coast, only 15 minutes from the center of Pisa.
