In this agricultural commune of 2 500 inhabitants, fields of wheat, maize, beet and almond trees have long been at the heart of the activity of the inhabitants. Here, the whole animation converges towards Plaça Major, where the weekly market is held. On the spot, you will have to taste the typical Tupina, a local speciality which comes in the form of a clay jar in which the remains of lard in olive oil are preserved. It is, in fact, an ancestral conservation method which initially allowed the remains of meat to be kept.
