Sainte-Anne-de-Sabrevois, commonly known as Sabrevois, is part of the MRC du Haut-Richelieu. Little appreciated by settlers at the beginning of his story, she will welcome many New Hampshire Loyalist families when the American War of Independence began. During the Second World War, it will be the immigrants coming from France, Belgium, Switzerland and Holland to settle there.
