Korcha, near Barisakho, is a rare valley bottom village. Located on the road, it was created in Soviet times for logging. With its wooden dachas, it is atypical. It is interesting for its Khevsoure house-museum and its accommodation facilities, as well as for its relative ease of access. You can visit its ethnographic museum, which presents the way of life of the inhabitants of Khevsouretia, their beliefs and customs. You will then pass by the remains of a tunnel. The Soviets had undertaken work to build a railway under the Caucasus, a crazy idea abandoned at independence
