The presence of the Ouche river and canal, at the bottom of the green valley, adds to the village's charm. Don't miss the rest area set up in the wooded areas near the bridge over the Ouche, the bridge over the canal and the lock, at a place called Pré-de-Bain. Here you'll find a rest and picnic area, a campsite with tourist information, a children's play area and a canoe-kayak launch. The five-arched, round-headed stone bridge with triangular forebays is said to be Roman, but was probably built in the 18th century. It nonetheless enhances the bucolic charm of the area.
