This national park whose main gateway is the city of Seward is a park above all marine and its beauties are accessible by the sea and therefore on board a boat. Two companies based in Seward accompany tourists to discover the extraordinary wildlife. The visits are framed by rangers who are prolixes in stories and anecdotes about the surrounding area, while captains know better than anyone to bring you closer to the marine animals whose whales and orks are the main attraction. The park is also an indispensable stop for discovering glaciers. They throw almost all in the sea, vast stretches of ice that descend from the mountains to the deep waters of the fjords. The park has no less than 38 glaciers, the most important of which is Bear Glacier. Exit Glacier is the only one that can be accessible by road, just a few kilometers from Seward.
