The gastronomy of Franche-Comté is invited in the city of Beaune. A Jura cooperative grouping together fifteen dairy farms producing 12,000 wheels of cheese per year, these are the products that you will find here, among others. The excellent Comté, the Petit hérisson, a round and creamy cheese made from raw cow's milk, the Délice de Chalain, the Morbier, the Tomme du Jura, the Bleu de Gex... The shop has a space reserved for regional products with a wide choice of terrines, wine, beer and jams. Everything you need for a good fondue is here!

Les comté sont délicieux, le fromage à raclette au top ainsi que les Morbier et autres Cancoillottes et bleu de Gex.
Le magasin offre aussi une belle sélection de charcuterie et de produits laitiers! Le tout plus abordable que chez certains concurrents!
Cependant, on a parfois l’impression de déranger en rentrant ou de ne pas être super bien accueillie ; d’où le 4 étoiles!
Si cela change, je m’engage à rehausser ma note!
