Describing itself as "the smallest of the Burgundy houses", Maison Jaffelin has been established in the heart of Beaune since 1816. The cellars once housed the wines of the Collegiate Church and the princes of the Church. Accompanied by a guide, stroll through the Chapter's cellars, steeped in eight centuries of history, and explore the savoir-faire of this historic house during a tasting of 5 or 7 wines.

What a lovely experience, from the start to the end, we learned so much about the history and wines and loved the tour.

The wines were interesting and delicious and overall a great tasting experience.

Definitely recommend if in Beaune.

A fantastic experience! I went with two friends for a booked tasting and wasn’t disappointed. It was fascinating hearing about the wine making process and seeing the cellar. A truly unique experience and one I would recommend.
