A wine merchant established in the heart of Beaune since 1816, Maison Jaffelin offers a guided tour of its cellars, followed by a tasting session.

Describing itself as "the smallest of the Burgundy houses", Maison Jaffelin has been established in the heart of Beaune since 1816. The cellars once housed the wines of the Collegiate Church and the princes of the Church. Accompanied by a guide, stroll through the Chapter's cellars, steeped in eight centuries of history, and explore the savoir-faire of this historic house during a tasting of 5 or 7 wines.

Davvero un dispiacere, abbiamo prenotato con relativa mail di conferma svariati mesi fa per avere posto, ci presentiamo alla cantina il giorno della prenotazione e veniamo informati che la responsabile è malata, per carità, può succedere ammalarsi ma almeno bisognerebbe aver cura di avvisare con una mail per evitare di far venire direttamente le persone a vuoto…
