His innovative concept, launched over a decade ago, allows tasting of 40 wines by the glass, including Grands Crus and Old Vintages. Millésimes à la Carte boasts an unrivalled collection of wines from the Domaine des Hospices de Beaune, with over 150 cuvées. The establishment offers for sale an impressive collection of 3,000 bottles of old vintages, some dating back to 1858.

Thanks, Alex, for a great wine experience for us trying Burgundy wines for the first time! Explaining the wines in the different regions, the Appalachian levels was very informative and interesting. I highly recommend this place (& Aex) to anyone wanting to appreciate the wines of the Burgundy vineyards!!

Un’esperienza splendida che vale davvero la pena fare se si passa da queste parti. Io e un amico abbiamo avuto una degustazione privata con il proprietario: un momento esclusivo e curato, in cui abbiamo potuto assaporare vini straordinari e ascoltare spiegazioni appassionate e dettagliate.
