In the heart of Beaune, on Place Carnot, Maison Denis Perret, founded over 40 years ago, offers wines carefully selected from the most prestigious négociants and owners in Beaune: Louis Latour, Bouchard, Chanson, Joseph Drouhin, Louis Jadot. Denis Perret also presents his own products, including an excellent crémant, and raspberry and blackcurrant crèmes. The range extends to spirits, regional specialities and oenological accessories. La maison Bouchard Père & fils ne faisant plus de vente aux particuliers, cette dernière m'a indiqué la Maison Denis Perret pour y faire mes emplettes. Que dire ? tout est réunis ici : un choix très large des plus grands crus de Bourgogne mais aussi des bouteilles plus accessibles. Le conseil d'experts, l'accueil de professionnels très sympathique et bien sûr la possibilité de se faire livrer si on le souhaite. Je recommande à tout ceux qui ont envie de découvrir les vins d'une des plus belles régions viticoles de France. A noter qu'il n'est pas possible de déguster mais ceci est plus que logique, c'est une boutique, pas une cave.

Apart from the huge selection of burgundy wines in 75cl bottles and the availability of help and advice, this shop also offers a good selection of half bottles, useful when one is the only wine drinker in the house!
