It all began in 1957 in a small Hautes-Côtes village, in the hamlet of Orches, with 10 winegrowers. Today, the Cave Coopérative boasts 80 winegrower-members, cultivating a total of 350 hectares of vines, from Maranges to Marsannay, on 1,472 plots. It is the only cooperative winery in the Côte-d'Or region to have been awarded the Vignerons Engagements label. It sells a total of 3 million bottles a year, including cuvées made using sustainable viticulture, organic conversion and eco-design. 40 references to discover, from regional appellation to grands crus, not forgetting Crémants.
