A large refrigerated bank occupies an entire wall, offering a wide choice of takeaway baskets. Restaurant customers can also indulge in the temptation of selecting a rib or miter from a Limousin or Angus cow, matured or not. The dish is basically: duck topped with mashed potatoes and then duck fat! Absolutely amazing! And the sauce is beef juice fermented for a whole day. The taste are just unbelievable. Taste it and you’ll understand.
