A large refrigerated bank occupies an entire wall, offering a wide choice of takeaway baskets. Restaurant customers can also indulge in the temptation of selecting a rib or miter from a Limousin or Angus cow, matured or not. I have nothing but great things to say about this place and the people who work there.

First, their hospitality was the opposite to what the French stereotype towards tourists. They were welcoming. The owner even showed us how he makes the terrine.

Food was excellent! Sumptuous and generous portions. Best tartare we had in our life and such a pleasant experience.

Me my husband couldn't stop thinking about it until today.

Rien à dire c'est un sans fautes, c'est la 7 ème fois que je viens au restaurant boucherie du 16 et à chaques fois je me régale. C'est dans la plus pure traditions que la viandes est préparé. Prenons par exemple le Burger avec une bonne baguette française ou bien encore le tartare coupé au couteau devant vous avec une sauce au top. On sent la maîtrise du boucher qui sélectionne sa viande comme il faut. En bref je recommande aux passionnés et mordu de viande qui ont une grande fin car c'est copieux et on en a pour son argents. Pas de doutes on est bien en Bourgogne.

Mit Abstand der schlechteste Restaurant-Metzgerei den ich je besucht habe. Schlechtes Fleisch, (Tataki) hat nur nach Soja Sauce geschmeckt. Salat war alt und ungenießbar. Fleisch und Foiegras von Burger waren nicht frisch und von schlechten Qualität. Es war trotzdem voll (wahrscheinlich weil der Geruch nach gegrilltem Fleisch sehr verlockend ist) nicht zu empfehlen.
