Fabien Berteau, crowned France's best pastry chef in 2015, established his store in Beaune, refurbished with refinement in 2024. He unveils subtle-flavored creations, with his signature cheesecake accompanied by seasonal fruits. Pavlova, Saint-Honoré and lemon tart are brilliantly reinterpreted, first seducing our eyes with their visual elegance before awakening our taste buds. His tea room, Le Garden, is now located opposite the patisserie.

Pâtisseries d'excellente qualité. Un bonheur pour les yeux et un régal pour les papilles. Grande diversité de pâtisseries entre tradition et créations.
Les nouveautés autour du chocolat et du vin sont fabuleuses!
Les biscuits et autres gourmandises sont autant d'invitation au plaisir gustatif.
Cadre agréable et personnel sympathique.

Nous aurions toutefois apprécié qu'un petit geste soit fait pour notre petit garçon de 3 ans. ????????
