Marion Aoustet and Benoit Combes created L'Atelier des Bonbons to produce their famous stretched, flaky, tangy baked sugar crystals. Since then, they have extended their range to include everything that whets the appetites of young and old alike. The boutique opens onto the workshop, and depending on the time of your visit, you can watch the artisanal production process, a magical moment in the transformation of sugar. The gourmet palette ranges from marshmallows and teddy bears to their famous crystals, lollipops, candy canes and caramelized cereals. Yummy!

Open Tuesdays 2pm-7pm; Wednesdays to Fridays 10am-12.15pm and 2pm-7pm; Saturdays 10am-7pm. Awarded the Label de l'Excellence Artisanale and Trophée de l'Artisanat 2023.

Discover the authenticity of our assortment of confectionery, made entirely by hand, directly on site. Our creations range from marshmallows to teddy bears, from crystals to lollipops, and much more. We're keen to share with you the artisanal process of making our sweets, which is why we've set up dedicated creation hours, allowing you to witness the magic of the making in real time.

N'hésitez pas à pousser la porte de cette boutique tenue pour un couple de jeunes confiseurs, située dans le centre de Beaune: un régal pour les papilles. L'occasion aussi de découvrir la fabrication et d'en savoir plus sur leur parcours.
