Pépite Cookie was originally an artisan ice cream and pastry maker based in Bordeaux. Such was its success that the establishment has now opened several boutiques in France, including one in Beaune! At this new gourmet shop, the cookies and ice creams are homemade and come in a range of surprisingly delicious flavors. Discover an absolutely delicious caramel pecan cookie or red fruit ice cream, and accompany it with a hot chocolate made on the premises. All in a refined decor that makes you want to relax for a few hours.

The kicker for me? The chocolate was a very low quality ingredient- stale and pale. We tried to finish them (after paying 3+ Euros for each medium size cookie) but squeezed them into napkins and tossed them out halfway down the block.
