Bistro offering a carefully prepared and daily renewed menu with dishes from around the world or from here.

Harry Björklund's Bistrot is a chic and friendly place. The cuisine is Italian-inspired, and the menu changes daily, with the exception of the pizzas baked in a traditional Neapolitan oven. Harry is of Swedish origin, and his cuisine is inspired by Italy with a Swedish twist. A hearty continental or British breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. onwards. For lunch, there's a carefully-crafted menu of local and international dishes, renewed daily. You can also count on the Hôtel de Beaune's wine cellar and its 1,750 references.

Love the Hotel de Beaune. The food service and location was excellent . The staff was top notch and very professional. Can’t wait to go back!

We would absolutely recommend this property. It’s beautiful and the staff is friendly and professional. We felt welcomed. It’s just around the corner from the center of town yet the rooms were quiet.

One word exemplifying a haven of attributes, kindness, professionalism, and “best in the field of hospitality “ is WOW.||L’Hotel staff made my stay as enjoyable and memorable as I could ever wish for. I enjoyed the first night at the hotel so much, I decided to stay another night and explore more of the town of Beaune. Each time I walked through the hotel entrance door, I was greeted with a smile and a very caring attitude toward guests. Touché to the staff at L’Hotel

Nous avons apprécié l’accueil, la sympathie et le professionnalisme des équipes !

Les petits déjeunes sont gourmands avec du bon pain et de très bonnes viennoiseries.

Déception toutefois sur la suite réservée. L’accès se fait par l’extérieur de l’enceinte principal. Il y a des problèmes d’odeurs dans les communs et les sanitaires, remontée d’odeur de la cuisine.. ce n’est pas tres agréable. La chambre n’est pas à la hauteur du prix payé, ni d’un hôtel 5 étoiles.. dommage !
