Lefkos is located on the west coast of Karpathos, about 30 km from Pigadia. The village is divided into an upper town, perched inland, and a lower town, where a small port and seaside resort welcome visitors. Its location, halfway between the northern mountains and the southern coast, is ideal for those wishing to appreciate the many facets of Karpathos. From the port, you'll have access to a multitude of beautiful coves that are still relatively uncrowded and perfect for swimming. It's also a good base for visiting the beautiful villages of Mesohori and Spoa, with their traditional amphitheatrical houses in unspoilt surroundings.
