Here you are in the Megantic region, in the far west of the Eastern Townships. Perched at 555 metres, Notre-Dame-des-Bois is on the southern portion of the Route des Sommets. This locality is one of the gateways to Mont-Mégantic National Park, an ultra-famous place because it is the only one in Quebec to house a popular astronomical observatory, the ASTROLab. In August, during the incredible Perseid nights, you will be able to observe in ideal conditions the famous shower of shooting stars. But the park is also ideal for outdoor activities, in summer and winter, and offers a multitude of accommodation options in the great outdoors.
